“Superbe emplacement, maison spacieuse, mais cuisine mal équipée et grill très sale. Prix trop élevé pour les prestations proposées.”

“Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore……

“La nostra settimana al Talamone Camping Village, dal 16 al 23 luglio, è stata un'esperienza eccezionale! Le casette in cui abbiamo alloggiato erano accoglienti e ben attrezzate, garantendoci un soggiorno confortevole. La vista panoramica e l'atmosfera naturale ci hanno subito conquistato. L'animazione della EVENTI ANIMAZIONE, guidata dal fantastico Flavio e la sua equipe, è stata una vera sorpresa. Fin dall'inizio, ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo contagioso e attenzione. “Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern (11, 9, 5 Jahre) in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Ansedonia. Es war wirklich traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse mit den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten verbracht. Das”

“Bella struttura, in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima vista sul mare. Un villaggio adatto alle famiglie e anche agli animali, qui accolti volentieri. Al check out ci hanno anche rilasciato una borsetta con gadgets per il nostro cane. Ha una bella piscina e campi sportivi per chi vuole giocare a basket e a tennis e un tavolo da ping pong. Noi siamo stati 3 giorni e la posizione del villaggio è buona per andare andare a visitare i posti nei dintorni. Il mare purtroppo si raggiunge solo in……

“Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund, haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in dem Haus von Carmela und Pier verbracht. Sie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie und entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Italienaufenthalt gerne wieder hierher zurück kommen.”

“This property is unbelievably lovely. The views are stunning! Antonella and Luccia, the owners, live below and couldn’t be more helpful and kind if they tried. The space is more than comfortable. There were 6 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. There is a beach right below the property with an interesting pathway down. It’s not for small kids or infirm adults. This pathway also leads into town. The town is small but has everything you need. There are some great seafood……

“You feel completely isolated in your own paradis. It’s a beautiful property, with a view over the sea. Since your on a steep hill, you need to be somewhat athletic to get to the sea, but honestly, it was so beautiful above that you didn’t need to. Ideal place to relax and take in the scenery. Fabio was overwhelmingly accommodating, even when we hit some hiccups in our travel plans. So kind and so understanding!”

“Nettes, kleines Häuschen eingebettet in einem gepflegten, ruhigem Park.Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wegbeschreibung war nicht sehr genau, mussten die richtige Hausnummer etwas suchen. Lage und Zugang zum Meer könnten auch noch etwas besser beschrieben werden. Haben uns wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen das Häuschen erneut zu mieten.”

“Abgesehen, von der Hitze (es gab keine Klimaanlage), war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Mit dem Auto lässt sich die Insel wunderbar erkunden und man findet sehr schöne Badebuchten. Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung und super für die Kinder.”

“Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage im November. Fantastische Sonnenaufgänge und bis Nachmittags viel Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Abend sahen wir vier Delfine, die direkt vor dem Haus durchs Meer schwammen.”

“Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Es war sehr ruhig, auch wenn man sich erst an das stete Brandungsgeräusch der Wellen gewöhnen musste. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser ist toll. Nur bitte die Badeschuhe nicht vergessen. Der Weg zum Ort ist zu Fuß gut machbar. Wenn man ein Fahrrad mitbringen kann, ist das von Vorteil. Die Kajaks standen leider nicht zur Verfügung, da ehemalige Urlauber diese kaputt gemacht haben. Also diese auch mitbringen, dann kann man sich……

“The house delivered on all of its promises. We, a family with 2 adult children and a dog, spent 3 weeks in September at the house and felt completely at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the 180-degree view of Porto Santo Stefano and the Monte Argentario bay. The entire house, especially the kitchen, is incredibly well-equipped. The charming housekeeping lady, Rita, came daily for cleaning, and our linens were changed weekly. The house cat, despite regularly being chased by our dog, remained as……
