“This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!”

“This is a beautiful, private home central to many adventures in Italy. We were able to travel to Rome, Pompeii, the beaches near Pescara all within easy day trips. We even could relax at home for a day. This home allowed us to be flexible, spontaneous, and have control over our schedule. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly.”

“Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag.”

“My partner and I stayed here for a week the beginning of November. The directions given were excellent and it was easy to find. We were met at the gates and shown the apartment which was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There was a balcony to sit outside and space to dry washing. We had hired a car and I would say you need a car here as although nothing is far away the road outside of the apartment is very busy and fast! Overall a great base to explore Italy.”

“Superschöner Fleck Erde. Zum erholen gut geeignet. Liegt in der Berglandschaft, sehr ruhig gelegen. Itri hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett , hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.”

“The stay at the house was very pleasant. The host was very friendly. The house is very nice and it is surrounded by a nice garden with a pool. It is a good location to visit the nearby cities of Sperlonga, Gaeta and Itri. Even a day trip to Neapel and the Vesuv region is possible.”

“We enjoyed spending a week here. The place was charming and definitely tucked away down a quiet street surrounded by mountains. Our host Maria was easy to contact. We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. The apartment is 2 stories with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Comfortable enough. Downstairs had the kitchen area and a couch tucked under the stairs. Everything was fine for our……

“This is one of the most beautiful spots I've ever seen. The house is large and comfortable. But the yard with its breathtaking view of the sea is the best. I wanted to spend as much time as I could outside just so I could see that view. The pool is lovely and adds another nice thing to do outside. The kitchen is large with a full sized fridge and stove, as well as an oven and a dishwasher. That made it easy to cook what we bought at the market. Paola checked in on us to answer questions and……
