Set in the quiet of the countryside, this property is perfect for those who want to relax away from the stress of city life. At the same time, it is just 2 minutes drive to Santa Maria del Focallo beach and 5 minutes to the towns of Pozzallo and Ispica. The house is on one floor. The entrance gives to the dining area with a well-equipped masonry kitchen and equipped with oven, fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen a living room with sofa, Tv and fireplace.

Super lækkert udekøkken, stor pool, stor overdækket terasse. Kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen. Fantastisk velkomst af ejeren, stod klar med Sicilianske specialiteter da vi ankom

Fantastic villa close to beach

We had a lovely family holiday in this villa - it really was beautifully presented and well equipped in every respect. The beach was just a 5 minute drive away with beautiful fine sand (a bit too far to walk). Supermarkets were also a short drive away. A very relaxing and private holiday. Recommend flying from Catania - we flew from Palermo and whilst the drive afforded some great views of Sicily including Mount Etna, it was a long journey (approx 4 hours). Catania would only be approx 1.5 hrs drive from the villa, but flights a little more expensive. Deducted one star for the mosquitos which seemed to make a bee line for me at dusk despite the citronella!!
