Well equipped villa in Spanish style, Marispica

Built in the Spanish style villa with exceptional architecture is very well maintained, quiet and with 4 500 m² offers enough space. Here you will find surrounded by sympathetic Sicilian neighborhood relaxation and living pleasure.

Only 115 km from Catania airport, Villa for self catering with the car in about an hour's drive is achieved. The house has three bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area, two bathrooms with shower or Bathtub and a roof terrace with 45 sqm. Thanks stove, the villa is also used in winter. Ideal to escape the cold season in Germany.

For a cozy atmosphere, the covered terrace and the coach house provides (garage) with a covered barbecue area and separate shower / toilet. An outdoor shower is also available. The wide sandy beach is only 2 km away.

The house manager on site speaks German and Italian, and informs you on arrival to the conditions of the building. For a fee, she is also available for additional care.

Wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit umlaufender Terrasse, sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn und unkompliziertem, direkten und schnellen Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Toller Wintergarten, der viel Sonnenwärme speichert und bis in den Abend hinein zum Aufenthalt einlädt. Der große Garten war für unseren Hund eine schöne Laufmöglichkeit. Jederzeit wieder!!!!

Diese ausgesprochen schöne Villa diente uns 4 Wochen lang bis Mitte November als Ausgangsbasis für tägliche Ausflüge im Südosten von Sizilien. Das Haus ist sehr individuell und praktisch gestaltet sowie wirklich gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war gepflegt und sauber. Man merkte sofort, dass die Vermieter es selbst häufig nutzen. Wir fühlten uns darin sehr wohl. Die Vermieter in Deutschland und die Hausverwalterin vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Très belle maison et très beau jardin, proche de la plage (3km que nous faisions à vélo fourni).C'est très calme aussi, commerces à Pozzallo et mini Market proche de la plage. Nous avons passés 15 jours très agréables et la personne qui nous a réceptionné est charmante. Pas mal de cultures aux alentours donc ça n'a pas le côté chic balnéaire et touristique, mais ce n'est pas plus mal si l'on fuit la foule. Je recommande vivement.

Una bella vacanza al mare nella Sicilia barocca

Villa ben curata e signorile con spazi interni ben divisi e comodi e con bel giardino e ampio parcheggio. L'unica pecca la presenza dell'aria condizionata solo in una delle camere da letto; nei giorni più caldi se ne sente la mancanza.

Schöner Familienurlaub.

Wir haben das Haus für 17 Tage um Sommer gebucht. Die Außenanlage sowie das Erscheinigungsbild des Hauses sind traumhaft. Es ist genauso wie beschrieben. Allerdings ist es von innen nicht ganz so schön wie von außen. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen nicht ganz so sauber. Trotzdem ist es ein super Haus und wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Strand und das Meer sind traumhaft und die umliegende Städte auch.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir (5 Personen) fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl in dem großen gut ausgestatteten Haus. Auch das Grundstück war sehr groß und gepflegt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und der Standort eignete sich sehr gut, um Ausflüge zu machen. In kurzer Entfernung liegt ein schöner Strand. Hervorragend war auch die gute und schnelle Kommunikation zum Vermieter. Vielen Dank noch einmal.

Fresca Sicilia

Siamo stati 8 gg nella villa, in 3 con un pastore tedesco. Era la settimana più calda del mese e non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. L'interno é fresco (la camera superiore non è stata usata) ma anche stando fuori sotto il porticato (colazione pranzo e cena rilassanti). La dotazione della villa è eccellente! Dalle bici al barbecue e anche il tavolo da ping pong...al suo interno non mancava nulla. Il giardino è grande e ben tenuto... ha due fontane e il nostro cane ha apprezzato molto.
