“櫃檯服務人員很熱心，有一日tour可以參加，櫃檯皆有資料，一樓Lobby也有24小時的小點心跟咖啡果汁（免費），除了冰箱裡面的酒水要收費。 ”

“服务不好，说好的免费停车，酒店管理停车位的门童以停车场满为理由拒绝让我们进入。我们刚从停车场入口处把车倒出来，发现后面有车开到入口就放进去了。门童态度非常不好。另外，酒店房间地毯较脏，床不是很舒服。酒店吃早餐人很多，非常拥挤，不过早餐和晚餐品种比较多。在此酒店体会不到任何服务，与此房间相比，完全不相称。”

“very nice hotel just besides the central bus station. the room is quite spacious which has two separate rooms with two king size beds and one small bed. the staff is very helpful and they provide good espresso coffee.”

“The room is really small. WiFi speed and quality is not stable. The shower room space is really small. Air Con didn't work when I stayed, only heater and fan were working but it was quite hot those days. “Has free parking lot but not enough, so we have to park the car outside and pay for it. Loscation is good in the city centre. Can reach old town and market easily. Easy to go shopping at walking distance. New interior but i don't like to carpet. Free WIFI but slow speed.”

“It was a week-end stay to clear our heads from the terrible war that is going on. The hotel is well located near theaters, musea, music hall and walking distance to the Opera House. The staff is friendly and prepared to help.”

“I arrived and there was a guy inside a little room with a terrible smell giving the keys, my room was not ready but i asked him to show me a room in advance and he refused, the place looked dirty, I didn’t stay I left. They didn’t want to give me the money back. Stay away from this place. Easy to confuse the name with sea executive which is a very nice place. ”
