This is a nice, interior designed hotel in a great area but with a few problems. The sound travels through the building and with women screaming and laughing in corridors, and the room below, at 1am... 2am... it lead me to decide to cut my stay short. By day it’s a peaceful haven to relax in but at night it’s a frat house.
The cleaner just enters the room like it’s unoccupied. Today, she walked in when I was in bed. She left. Later she walked in with clean towels when I was sitting in the living area. There are not many gay men who want to look up and find an old woman standing in the middle of the room and she doesn’t wear a face mask, or gloves, so there’s little thought to her spreading Covid to the guests. Not ideal behaviours as now I have reconsider exited the bathroom naked in case I find an old women in the room. How intrusive and as a guest I pay for this.
My room has a great view, and a small kitchenette (with limited utensils), and there are plenty of coffee shops and eateries in the area.
