We had a great stay at the Armada. It's authentically Turkish (as compared to staying in an American-chain hotel). Super close to the top old town sights, Arasta Bazaar (much more manageable than the Grand Bazaar), restaurants and Sea of Marmara. Amazing breakfast spread and top floor views of the water and mosques.

The location is great because we’re basically a ~10 minute walk from the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, and Hagia Sophia. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean though could use some upgrades. Breakfast was a delight - a beautiful view of the Bosphorus whilst enjoying a Turkish breakfast during sunrise was an amazing experience. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Armada and would visit again.

Breakfast menu was excellent variety of options to choose from. Sunrise view by the ocean it was priceless. It was like living in a meusiam so many art work on the walls of the rooms and at the reception area was grand entrance with antiques.

Staff were helpful, location was close to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, just know it’s a pretty steep up hill climb, so be prepared. Breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable, the hotel looks old, but I think it’s part of its charm.

I love the location of this hotel. Its very convenient if you want to walk around the area. Very clean and confortable beds. Overall, I recommended this hotel, you can walk to the Sophia masque, cistern and other attractions. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly!

This was certainly no 4 star hotel. The rooms were clean but the only aspect going for the hotel was certainly the location. As for the breakfast, it was certainly not the standard that I am used to when it comes to a buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly at reception and allowed for a late checkout and kept our luggage. There is a fish restaurant close to the hotel, avoid at all costs.
