地點很好,步行幾分鐘就到聖索菲亞大教堂,電車站等,但房間非常老舊,我們住地下室的房間,沒有插座充電,連房間的冰箱都沒插電,熱水壺也沒地方插電,我們是找到櫃子下面一個插檯燈的插座拔掉才有地方充電,然後廁所門把故障,廁所打不開,通知櫃檯來修等了半小時,那時很累只想趕快洗澡,修完之後第二天早上直接整個掉下來,我們乾脆不關門了,然後也沒有腳布,跟工作人員要,他說沒有了,我說那你隨便拿條布來,他才拿一條髒的床單來

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Können es nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es liegt zentral in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu der U-Bahn-Station sind es nur wenige Minuten. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend.

The location is good. I booked the hotel with a discount price but the original value was not near the low quality of service I received. ok welcoming and good answering at the reception. one of the two rooms that we accommodated, smelled damp and was too small. They refused to change it.

La característica destacable sería la ubicación del hotel, ya que se encontraba en pleno centro turístico y era fácil llegar a puntos de interés. Para mejorar: estuvimos un día entero sin luz, el internet era mediocre y el desayuno horrible.

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied d’un arrêt de tram, d’un grand jardin, de Sainte-Sophie, la Mosquée Bleue, le Palais Topkapi et la Citerne Basilique. Photos non conformes à la devanture actuelle de l’hôtel. Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et à l’écoute. Bonne literie. Chambre humide. Odeur d’évacuation bouchée dans la salle de bain. Les nuisances sonores à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’hôtel ne nous ont pas perturbées. Le petit-déjeuner est bof car essentiellement que du salé avec des spécialités turques (crudités, fromages, yaourt, frites, saucisse, œuf,…). Dans l’ensemble, séjour satisfaisant car nous rentrions à l’hôtel le soir, seulement pour dormir.

Well ,firstly I booked along with my sister for my nephew 18 th birthday treat ,I did mention and asked the staff to prepare a cake and birthday wish card ,but unfortunately the staff done nothing ,moreover when I arrived the I was not greet but demand money for a taxi fare which I was not provided,I booked through hotel for 60 euro,and when I come out of airport I have not find anyone waiting as promised it was awful experience to be angry and demanding money from me for service they not provided ,staff so rude and not welcoming at all. They give me sister the damp room with broken ceiling and smelly room ,and I asked them politely I was even willing to pay more to move her different room,but they told me the hotel is fully booked and they can not do it and not willing to do it !!!! My room was better ,on second floor ,but I was very sad for my sister and her son who came to celebrate to this hotel his 18 th birthday!!! Very disappointed,very I would not recommend this hotel at all ,along this the area is awful ,surrounded with buildings site building ,awful view too . I am very sad about the service I receive and unfriendly staff at all !!!! My sister and me we was very sad the fact it is 4 star hotel but service and staff rate 1 star . In my sister room was rusty tap ,damp ceiling on lower ground floor room,smelly of damp ,unhealthy ,and damaging for health ,unsafe for health and safety too. Breakfast was ok ,nice view In my room was missing toilet paper.

Dear OlgaOur staff prepared a birthday cake for you at the restaurant, but we could not reach you that day and unfortunately we could not celebrate because you were outside. We are sorry about that.You requested an airport transfer. Although our driver was waiting for you at the airport exit gate and tried to reach you via whatsapp, unfortunately you could not meet with our driver. We told you that if anything goes wrong, you have to call the hotel from information desk at the airport, but you came to the hotel by another vehicle without calling. And we had to pay out of our own pocket for the driver waiting for you at the airport.Your room was upstairs because you made it yourself from hotels.com. but sister stayed -1. floor because your sister made a reservation for the basement via acanta for economy basement room. We had to stay on the basementfloor and unfortunately we couldn't get to the top floor because it was a busy season.

Bon design mess!
The luxury description is fake as the exterior picture are from a close by hotel and all the inside amenities are just trashy. The room was to be located on the ground floor and it was in the basement. Pictures will speak more than words. Broken things, the premium bedding covers are just ripped off. The breakfast area is very dirty and the entry rug is filthy.

La habitación es super pequeña , el baño apestaba a pipi, las toallas rotas , o sea ya esto fue el colmo! El chico de la recepción fue amable a la llegada y atencioso pero realmente lamentable este hotel. Me alegro de haber conseguido una oferta de ultimo minuto porque si llego a pagar el precio que aparecia a principio hecho los mil demonios!

Главным плюсом отеля является его местоположение. Всё что нужно туристу находится в 2-3 минутах ходьбы: достопримечательности, кафе и рестораны, остановки транспорта, хаммамы. В целом неплохой отель, в шаговой доступности от трамвайной остановки. Сначала нас пытались заселить в подвале! Пришлось доплатить, чтоб переселили в номер на 2ом этаже. Страшно мешают спать очень громкие звуки утренних молитв. Не советую. Можно найти и получше.

Not clean
Very small room, not clean or sanitized, toilet was broken and kept running water all night. We could hear people in the hallways couldn’t sleep.

I came to this otel for business. I needed some rest and staffs helped me.I love BON HOTEL and staffs. I want to go to bon hotel next time.

Thanks to Staff
Fantastic hotel at the best location within walking distance all major attractions and shopping. Tramway is a 5 min walk . Very safe and good location. Breakfast lay out is very impress and staff team very helpful. Best place to enjoy ur stay in Istanbul . Staff is fluent in English and extremely helpful. Efficient chkin and chkout with no delays. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming team. My definite stay when I return to Istanbul, highly recommended
