Otel çok kötü olduğu gibi çok ilgisiz kaldı ki zaten bizlerin rezervasyonları olmasına rağmen müsait odaları yoktu :) bu tabi içler acısı olsa da sanırız bu aparttan kaynaklı sorun olsa gerek. Umarız gerekli önlemler alınır
room not cleaned once in 7 days, not good value considering the condition and lack of service generally. saving grace was Bhaidor the night manager who is excellent
We have made reservations for bridge otel, but they told us all of the rooms are full and took us another building which is very old and dirty. The walls were broken and bathroom was dirty. Bed cover was burned by cigarette. There was a hole on the wall and air condition was not working. We could even hear the next rooms phone vibrations. Reception was not kind as we found deal and made reservation in low price. There was not even water and toilet paper in the room. I would never recommend anyone. You can find much better hotels in taksim and karakoy as we did later. It was a horrible night!
The hotel looks amazing in the pictures and it said there is an option for breakfast and there is a lift! so I booked a room for my family from 04/07 to 07/07
The name of the hotel is different on Expedia which made us go around the blocks with the taxi and its meter running up to 180 Turkish Lira. Let alone that there was no lift, the rooms look way too different from what we booked and what we had hoped we're getting. The sheets were dirty, and the hotel owner tried to work something out because he didn't receive the right booking information. so he offered us a basement.. We refused that, in return he offered us 2 separate rooms costing 30 euro's extra (Nice of him to solve the problem) The rooms were in the 3rd floor, no lift, no light, dirty room. The toilet and shower are INSIDE of the room! we were a family, how were we supposed to get comfortable in such a thing!
We left our bags and went for lunch cause the rooms weren't ready for check in, hence, the check in time was at 13:00 and we were there at 14:30
We went back from lunch, women were fighting in the building, kids were cry screaming on the stairway.. and the room wasn't ready by then it was 17:00
So we told them we don't want to stay, but their answer was the problem was with Expedia now and not with them, so we call expedia and they don't help at all, telling me that this was the first time they ever get a complain about this hotel, given the situation i was explaining, the customer service hung up the phone.
