Great staff for the most part, even though there was an English to Turkish language barrier they were very accommodating and helpful. Overall beyond this the building is clearly old and needs some repairs and maintenance but otherwise for its price and the size of the rooms, not a bad buy if you are on a budget would use again.

Location was good , but our room shower was broken, bring torn towels for us we told to them but they repeated and didn’t attention to our request, we stay 7 days and they just clean 1time we put our request everyday behind room door but..,staff were kind and friendly . I think that is better change towels and attention to cleaning,

This was a good place to stay. Two rooms, lounge and bedroom, plus on suite bathroom. Kettle, fridge and microwave in room, so had these facilities too. Parking bay was free - albeit a little confined - took some manoeuvring to get in and out - but hey that was fine. Only real issue was shower in room - the pipe to shower head needed fixing, but still functioned - glorious warm water. Staff good - they printed my boarding passes off for me too. Recommend this place - only half hour out of central Istanbul - but wanted to be away from hustle and bustle.

I did not enjoy my time at this hotel. Did not get my "city view" only the view of a construction yard. Sofa very dirty with stains. Bed sheet was yellow stained all over. No towels for showering only small towels and they were damp for some reason. Room was not decorated as in the pictures infact no decorations at all. The hallways are like a sauna so waiting for the elevators was a sweaty experience.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. Sleeping was nearly impossible as I was repeatedly woken up in the middle of the night by loud noises. You could hear everything through the thin walls, including what other guests were doing in the next room. The room itself was in terrible condition—the mattress was uncomfortable, the towels were rancid, partly torn, and smelled awful. The entire room reeked of mold, and the stench was unbearable. The jacuzzi had a foul odor, and to top it off, there were constant issues with the Wi-Fi. Dirt was everywhere, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Hello, according to my wrong selecting reservation date ,imust to thanks again for expedia well service & u changed date with few $ fee non refundable my reservation. But inthe facility we was book jakuzi suit but they gaved to us jakouzi room which was cheaper price & it was not my reservation. Last night neighbor room from 1 am to 4:30 fighting with tereable sounds & i couldnt sleep all the night, Most of the room smooking with very bad smell & hair dryer was damaged. Unforthunatly day by day decrasing quality of city loft facilities. I writen to note & reply them our experience of stay. Thanks & best regards Emir

I am disabled. Me and my caregiver booked the jacuzzi room. The towels in the room were dirty and full of holes, the kettle was broken, the wifi did not work and the showerhead snapped and almost hurt me. I was having a health crisis and needed rest but they wouldn't let my brother come with me to our room without charging us $800 for half an hour so I could rest. I begged them and told them I was about to pass out and they dismissed me and I fainted and hit my head to the reception counter. That is when we learned, unlike advertised, they had no one on staff that could communicate in English. My caregiver does not speak Turkish and they kept offering me things that could cause serious damage while I was barely conscious. Later, we went to complain and they still didn't have anyone who could speak English and tried to make me translate in my very poor condition. When my caregiver got upset with their disrespect, they told us to shut up and go to our room and threatened us with calling the cops. We called the help line and no one could speak English and we were continously denied contact with management.

Kanepede sigara yanıkları vardı sigara içilmez bölümden almıştık halbuki Askılık yok, terlik yok ayrıca balkon çıkışı yangın merdivenine denk getirmişler sürekli bir hareket gürültü uyku uyuyamadık bu sebepten 2 günlük konaklama almıştık birini maalesef kullanamadık başka otele geçmek durumunda kaldık.
