Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The front desk staff didn’t know name of the hotel. They insisted it wasn’t Dervish Han Boutiqu Hotel while we waited in the rain 😵💫
Room was filthy
Towels were filthy
Bedsheets, pillows, and blankets had stains
Elevator didn’t work and they’re joking about it (“elevator went on a vacation”) while I climbed the stairs.
Google reviews are also fake.
