Checked in but hotel staff was rude enough suddenly stuck in lift with family and 20 minutes later lift open and was nearly lost my breath but also thanks to receptionist he went to neighbours hotel and they come to open lift and safe us

The place was clean but very noisy and you can hear the laughs and the loud talks until 1 am. This continued even after complaining to the management team. The staff was not that helpful.

Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel

Öncelikle aracı ile gitmeyi dusunenler için çok sıkıntı otelin otoparkı yok ve bulunduğu konuma ulaşım çok sıkıntı saatlerce otele gitmek icin uğraştık sonunda vazgeçip zor bela bulduğumuz bir otoparka aracımızı bırakıp yürüyerek otele geçtik. 4 kişilik aile odasında kaldık oda çok dardı iki kişi yan yana yuruyemiyor klozete değmeden lavabo da elini yikayamiyorsun basık bir havası var aydinlatmalar yetersiz. Klima düzgün çalışmıyor bi yanip bi üşüyorsunuz. Temizliği idare ederdi cok sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı daha çok arap turistlerle hitap ediyor gibiydi. Velhasıl konum u iyi olsada bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel

Pensavo fosse molto meglio

Eravamo 5 amici ed abbiamo prenotato 2 stanze separate, una da 3 e l'altra da 2. L'unica cosa positiva è che ci hanno dato almeno 2 stanze vicine ma erano entrambe nel piano seminterrato e la notte si sentivano dei rumori assurdi. Il primo giorno ci dicono che la colazione era al 6' piano ma l'ascensore era rotto, quindi abbiamo dovuto farci 6 piani a piedi. Il secondo giorno avevamo il volo era nella mattina presto quindi non abbiamo nemmeno potuto fare colazione perché la colazione iniziava alle 8:00. Ultima cosa la reception non parlava nemmeno inglese.

Hôtel extra à recommander Par contre pour Hôtel.com J’attend mon remboursement pour le 16 janvier 2024 Hôtel Hilton. J’ai fait une réservation pour le 3 et le site m’a mis le 16. J’ai refait une deuxième demande et cette fois j’ai pu avoir une nuit pour le 3 janvier 2024 Merci de me rembourser 108.- car je suis maintenant en Suisse. Sans remboursement je prendrai d’autres agences pour mes prochaines vacances!!!!! Merci d’avance pour le remboursement sans frais dont vous parlez tant dans vos pub… Thierry Nicolet

An sich alles gut ausser ein Punkt: Es war schrecklich dort zu schlafen. Die Gäste waren meistens bis 3 uhr morgens wach und im allgemeinen hat man alles dort gehört. Da ich nicht gerne schlechte Bewertungen gebe, kommt das hotel nochmal gut davon wegen dem netten Personal. Allerdings war es der Horror dort zu schlafen.

nettes Personal jedoch schlechte Lage! Wir hatten Angst abends zurück zum Hotel zu kommen da Männer vor dem Hotel und auf den Straßen waren. Die Hotelgäste waren so laut, dass wir uns 3 Mal beschweren mussten und das Personal unternahm trotzdem nichts dagegen. Nachts haben wir kaum schlafen können. In der Gegend wohnten nur Araber und im Hotel genauso. Wir haben uns fast schon fremd gefühlt, da jeder entweder sich auf Russisch oder Arabisch unterhielt und die Geschäfte Werbung auf Arabisch und Russisch machten. Kein Taxifahrer und keiner auf der Straße kannte das Hotel und konnte uns daher nicht helfen es zu finden. Wir haben 2 Stunden damit verbracht rumzufragen und uns navigieren zu lassen. Fahrt bitte bis zur Haltestelle "Laleli Üniversitesi". Von dort aus ist das Hotel 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Relativ zentral gelegen und sauberes Hotel. Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet. Die Reinigung erfolgte alle 3 Tage (Boden wischen) aber Toilettenpapier und neue Handtücher wurden jeden Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Frühstück war ganz okay, leider sehr wenig Auswahl und jeden Tag gab es das Gleiche. Alles in Einem war das Hotel ausreichend für eine Unterkunft zum "Nur Übernachten", wobei die Betten auch ziemlich schmal sind und man nicht viel Platz hatte. Dennoch schöner Aufenthalt, könnte aber auch daran liegen, dass wir so begeistert von der Stadt waren, dass wir wenig Acht drauf gaben wie es im Hotel aussah.

Die Lage ist optimal.Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen Personal ist freundlich aber es ist verdammt LAUT man kann nachts nicht schlafen..Die Jungs an der Rezeption reden und reden die ganze Nacht .. wir haben 3 mal bei Rezeption angerufen und und beschwert...im ersten Stock gibt es neben dem Lift einen kleinen Raum mit Sitzsofas Dort,bleiben einige Hotelgäste wach und reden und lachen soooo laut..Du kannst auch nicht schlafen.Als ob es nicht reichte gibt es in diesem Aufenthaltsraum einen Käfig mit einem Vogel, der um 5 Uhr morgens , je nach seiner Laune, anfängt zu singen und zu twittern!!!! Wir sind eine Woche dort geblieben Kein einziges mal wurde im Zimmer staubgesaugt. Mülleimer entleert und neue badetücher hingelegt. Die Haare auf dem Boden lagen da seit der Ankunft bis zum Auschecken!! Frühstück sehr sehr bedürftig Wir haben nur 2 mal gefrühstückt und die restliche Zeit haben wir draussen im Simit Saraye gefrühstückt. Der Manager des Hotels muss sich Mühe geben

Hotel en el centro viejo de la ciudad. Muy económico, habitaciones más bien chicas pero más que aceptables para pasar una noche, que fue nuestro caso. Buena atención.

Harika ! Super Hotel !

Wer ein Minimalist ist , ist hier richtig ! Die Bilder auf der Homepage sind 1:1 identisch mit der Realität. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber .Das tägliche typisch türkische Frühstück reicht vollkommen aus um satt zu werden . Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich wollte die bekannte Sendung "Müge Anlı " als Zuschauerin besuchen . Da ich gemerkt hatte , das ich so ganz alleine nicht geschafft hätte mich bei der Sendung anzumelden , bat ich die Rezeption um Hilfe . Er war sehr bemüht und schaffte es wirklich mich dort anzumelden ! Das hat mir eine sehr große Freude bereitet . Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und nah an Sultan Ahmet , Kapalı çarşı , Eminönü . Da man mit der Metro ,die auch unmittelbar in der Nähe ist überall hinkommt empfehlen wir euch die Istanbul-Kart . Ihr bekommt sie am Automaten an den Haltestellen . Bei Bedarf wird die Karte einfach aufgeladen . Ihr könnt damit Metro , Fähre und Bus fahren und sogar öffentliche Toiletten besuchen . Es wird bestimmt nicht das letzte mal sein , das wir dort waren !

A 5min à pied de Sultanahmet

Séjours super sympathique !! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Visite hyper riche (mosquée bleu,aquarium, grand bazar, Topkapi, ayasophie) Seul bémol de l’hôtel insonorisation inexistante donc beaucoup de bruits (personnes qui discute dans le couloir,bruit chambre voisine). Déjeuner varié et copieux, personnel très gentil et serviable, propreté de l’hôtel irréprochable.

small very chic hotel in the middle of Istanbul garment district. i would say that all guests were garment traders. nice modern windowless room. only complaint is shower flooding toilet and noise from corridors
