I recently stayed at [Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Atakoy] and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was ideal, situated in a nice neighborhood. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made the check-in process a breeze. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the complimentary [bottled waters, coffee & tea bags]. Despite numerous follow-ups, including phone calls and a detailed email sent two weeks ago, I received no response.
