The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the hotel is close to Galataport. The breakfast at Azure The Bosphorus on the top floor was delicious, and the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus was simply unforgettable. See you soon!

The location of tgis hotel is beautiful and in the middle of istanbul and in a front of the Bosphorus river. Near by the bus station and metro staion was the best. The staff is really friendly and the food is good. The only thing they didnt offer is VIP benefits because we reserved this hotel as VIP members.

The best hotel in Istanbul

This is really an amazing hotel! We’ve stayed in many hotels in Istanbul but nothing like that! The rooms are beautiful and clean and location is the best. The personnel is so friendly and kind. Everyone is really professional. The food is high quality and delicious. The view is breathtaking! We highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for a week and we felt like home. We can’t wait for our next stay in this beautiful hotel. We loved everything! Two months later we will come back for another grate holiday in this unique hotel. Thank you so much!!!

Staff were friendly but to my suprise i had to pay for a juice from mini bar which i didn't drink even though i told them i didn't drink anything from miniBar in my room. But what i don't like is to be as if I'm lying for a juice which is worth $3 and i even tipped more. Restaurant staff were very helpful specifically kerim with a smiley face always

The hotel looked amazing online, & when I arrived it was nothing like the pics. We had two twin size beds that were hard as a rock. There was sooooo much noise and people banging things in the middle of the night, we barely slept. The entire staff was soooooo rude, never a hello or good night and behaved as if they are doing us the favor. Never discussed the bare ammenities and accused of us eating a wafer they told us was free and wanted to add to our bill. The restaurant is nice but very pricey & they refused to give us to go boxes. They said they would have the food it sent to our room and never did! There was a fire alarm that went off twice and the smell of an electrical fire that they dismissed and told people to go to their rooms. Awful stay dont waste your money!!!!!

This is one of the worst experience I had, I've been here for a week and I really hate to say your operation is not meeting any expectations, examples just for today at 10:40 AM the room service just used his master key and open my room without knocking !!! This is the second time it happen during my stay, I was naked and I was shocked it's happening again!! When I went to the front desk they said they thought I've checked out, which is hard to believe I had a reservation it was on the 6th floor, I left my bag and went out, when I came back the said we have sold out on the 6 floor, the only available is on the second floor, you can take it or you can cancel your reservation, I ask to speak to the manager, they said there is no manager, you can call the police if you want !! Really!! That is the service you offer ? This is how you treat people?

Horror at Honeymoon Trip!

The hotel is an absolute disaster. From arrival to departure, we were just shocked. We arrived and when we entered the Junior Suite 4 nights 1000€, the view looked really nice. After looking at the floor, there was hair and dirt everywhere. A luggage sticker from last guests before of us incl. Her hair was on the floor. The bathroom was full of stains and the towels all smelled of smoke. At the reception there is just ONE person who understands some English otherwise they look at you and nod and laugh and don't understand a word. I asked for an iron several times until I received one for 1 hour on the 3rd day. The water in the room was not always refilled and toilet paper was not either. You have to think about it, we paid €250 a night (most expensive room) for a suite in Istanbul! What kind of service did the other guests receive? I wouldn't even compare it to a 1 star hotel if the view from the suite wasn't there. Never again at this hotel! The air conditioning drains condensed water in the room. A black sullet came out of the conclusion of the shower on the first day. Absolutely disgusting!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was just perfect! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were outstanding – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was a highlight every morning: something different each day, always fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into quality and variety. The lounge is another big plus – a cozy place where you can eat, have a drink, or just relax and unwind. It added a lovely touch to the whole experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone! 🌟

Das Hotel und die Lage sind super. Starbucks direkt im Gebäude mit drin und die Tramstation ist nur 2 Min entfernt. Zu Fuß in Richtung Taksim Square ist nicht zu empfehlen, sehr viele Treppen und steil bergauf.
