Husrev and Ahmet are by far the best and the most hardworking hotel staff I know and they by far make this the best hotel to be in and the greatest experience that make it worth booking. The hotel is also in the best possible logical place for a first time tourist that you don’t really appreciate until you get there. Further, I normally don’t have hotel breakfast and prefer to eat locally but I was very surprised by the dining space and also the quality of the food they make for breakfast. All around worth the money and more and would recommend.

We had an excellent check in and liked our room. Unfortunately about midnight water started pouring from the ceiling. My friend heard it and called the manager. He was fast and efficient to change our room but no other twin bed rooms so one of us slept on a sofa bed. But it was an upgraded room. Otherwise great location and nice place.

The family room was perfect for our family of 5. Clean room, perfect location and amazing staff (Ahmed and the morning front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable). Breakfast was good but maybe adding pancakes/waffles would be a good addition for families with kids. Of the 5 days we ate breakfast at the hotel, pancakes were only served on one of the days. Wifi didn’t really work well throughout the hotel room. You had to stay close to the door of the room to get a strong signal. The location is perfect to get to İstiklal street and Taksim Square.

This is my thirds time staying at this hotel and I wouldn’t change it for any other one. Rooms are so spacious and clean. Rooms needs some small updates but overall it’s excellent! The front desk and everyone else that works there are amazing and helpful.

This is an amazing hotel for families with children. We had a wonderful stay, and everything was very comfortable and convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. I especially want to thank Emre, Husreu, Ahmet, and Ibrahim from the breakfast room. They were all very kind, respectful, and lovely, and they truly made us feel valued as guests. Whenever we needed something, the staff responded quickly and professionally. For example, we asked for an iron and a scale, and the reception team provided everything we needed without any problem. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent. The hotel is very close to Istiklal Street, less than a one-minute walk, which makes it perfect for families who want easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience. Highly recommended!

If it weren’t for Ahmad we would have left this hotel on the first stay, the manager is an arrogant and greedy person who wanted to exploit situations . Only the receptionist Ahmad was a true kind human and never made us feel like less. He guided and helped us through out our stay. Truly people like him are needed. Must say he made our stay perfect even if we had to face some challenges there
