Great location - easy access to the old town so a good base to explore from. The staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast served upstairs, with a wide variety of food. Would stay again!

We visited Istanbul in the beginning of August and have great experiences choosing this hotel as the location is perfect, walking distance from main attractions , Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, Topkapi etc. restaurants and shops . Hotel's magnet Ali, receptionist, young gentleman working at restaurant and lady in kitchen were super friendly , kind, respectful and professional. They helped us by giving tips and advice about places we wanted to see and made us feel like at home . Last day of our stay we were doing shopping last minute and our flight time was getting closer . The manager - Ali arranged taxi to take us to IST and we made it on time . Would highly recommend and I hope to stay there soon again 🥰❤️.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße aber mitten im Geschehen. Es ist quasi alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Touristen Attraktionen, Restaurants, Bars und Shopping sind quasi vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat schöne Zimmer. Klima und WLAN funktionieren sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet bis 10:30 Uhr ist ausreichend. Falls euch der Kaffe nicht gefällt, es gibt noch die Möglichkeit den Kaffe aus einem Vollautomaten zu bekommen. Der schmeckt super. Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar!

Dejligt moderne hotel

Skønt ophold - hotellet er nyrenoveret i en virkeligt fin moderne stil. Det ligger centralt i den gamle bydel med nem adgang til seværdigheder mm. Personalet var virkeligt søde. Morgenmaden var klassisk tyrkisk.

The hotel is located in center of the city, most of the tourist attractions are at walking distance. Grand bazaar, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia are at walking distance This hotel is not a luxury hotel, rooms are small and facility is congested because it is in the middle of old city Only thing which bothered us most was very bad wifi connection in the room, we could not use internet inside the room for a single time in three day stay

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a good variety of choices, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available on the 6th floor 24 hours a day for all guests. We stayed in the Superior Family Room, which is one of the hotel's largest room options, but we still found it to be quite small. The rain shower also did not function properly. We reported the issue, and while the staff made an effort to fix it, the problem was unfortunately not resolved during our stay. The hotel's location is excellent from Monday through Saturday, with easy access to the Grand Bazaar and surrounding attractions. However, after the Grand Bazaar closes in the evening, and especially on Sundays, the nearby streets become very quiet and can feel somewhat eerie when walking back to the hotel. Overall, the outstanding staff, great breakfast, and convenient location made for a pleasant stay, despite a few shortcomings with the room and shower.

Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt im New Florenta Istanbul Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Hagia Sophia, die Blaue Moschee oder der Große Basar sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – egal ob es um Empfehlungen oder kleinere Anliegen ging. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat mir das bequeme Bett und die tägliche Reinigung. Das Frühstück war frisch, abwechslungsreich und typisch türkisch – genau richtig, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Für den Preis bekommt man hier wirklich viel geboten. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der zentral, sauber und herzlich in Istanbul übernachten möchte.
