Super friendly night shift staff yummy breakfast

The hotel is in a great location. Close in walking distance to all the important historical sites. Room is comfortable with all the things needed though not fancy. Great communication. Always got message and request back in five minutes through WhatsApp. Breakfast is abundant and very yummy. You don’t need to have lunch after big breakfast. The most important is the super helpful and friendly staff in the night shift. He was an angel - giving me the room when I arrived early at 7 am and even shared with me the metro card and helpful information. The morning staff is fine but too flirtatious with female guests. It’s not appropriate to ask female guest out and personal questions when you’re on your working shift!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful to find places to explore on our trip, room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of food choices around and a couple of small markets. It is a tourist area so prices are a little higher. But if you are willing to walk a bit you can experience the Turkish cuisine at a more affordable price.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und hatten 3 Zimmer – und unser Aufenthalt war rundum hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den großen Kühlschrank in jedem Zimmer. Ein Highlight war definitiv eines der Zimmer mit einer riesigen Terrasse – einfach großartig. Die Sauberkeit verdient ein ganz besonderes Lob: Die Zimmer wurden täglich extrem gründlich gereinigt, und alles, was benutzt wurde, wurde zuverlässig und vollständig neu aufgefüllt. Man hat hier wirklich das Gefühl, dass mit viel Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet, sehr vielseitig und von hoher Qualität – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das gesamte Team. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und mehr als entgegenkommend. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Selbst beim Thema Flughafentransfer wurde uns sehr hilfsbereit entgegengekommen, obwohl wir diesen bereits anderweitig gebucht hatten. Ein schönes, herzliches Detail ist auch die kleine Katzenfamilie vor dem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich liebevoll um die Tiere – und genau das spiegelt auch wider, wie herzlich und aufmerksam hier generell mit Gästen umgegangen wird. Ein Hotel mit viel Herz, hervorragendem Service und einer Atmosphäre, in die man sehr gerne zurückkehrt. Absolute Empfehlu

Check-in super easy even when it's the middle of the night. Our room was very clean and they provide a lot of amenities. The staff were great- very knowledgeable and very nice. The view of the Blue Mosque from the terrace is stunning and the hotel itself is located very close to both mosques, the Basillica Cistern, and the Grande Bazaar (walking distance). The breakfast spead was fantastic - a huge selection and tastes amazing. And as a bonus, there's a general store just steps away where you can buy anything you might have forgotten (an adapter in our case :)) 10/10 would reccomend!

I picked this hotel based off the reviews and it did not disappoint. It’s located in a fabulous area. We felt very safe, it was close to public transportation, and in the heart of Sultanahmet. We walked to pretty much everything around the city. Some days we had 30,000 steps! Taking the ferry is super easy. We walked to it! We made it to the hotel on our own, but on our way back to the airport we did arrange with the hotel for a pick up because our flight was super early. That went just great. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was fabulous! I would 100% stay here again and recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at a smaller, boutique style hotel. Thank you so much.
