The only appreciated issue about this hotel is his geographical place in Ortakoy. I dislike absence - of management - clean & service - feeling of being in a hotel

Good location but hotel needs improvement
Rooms looking at the street are very noisy, impossible to sleep till 2am if you are a light sleeper. Housekeeping needs improvement! The good thing is the Location, some of the Front Office staff are friendly and helpful

The star rating perhaps needs to be looked at!
Good location, but it is a 2 star rather than 5 star hotel and to be fair that is reflected in the price as it is significantly cheaper than 5 star hotels in the area. So it is value for money, it is just that it disappoints because the 5 star rating is not true, it is both tired and jaded The lights were not working in the room and we had no air con but a technical man came to your room and mended both at 10pm so he gets 5 stars!

Definitely doesn't match five star standards. Rooms are very very old, dirty. Broken furniture Broken door locks Changed room but the new room was even worst. When called reception they keep asking very rudely "what is your problem" the air con was blowing intense heat when called reception someone came up to tell me that air con central system has been down for a few days and may be fixed in a few days. There was no drinking water on the room and an empty broken minibar. My room had no windows apart from small broken louvre windows which where only reachable if you stood on a table. Walls had cracks all around, wall shelves where broken. Lots more just makes me cringe thinking about it. Avoid at all cost had to sleep with the door wide open to get some air in the room. Not worth staying even if they paid you to stay there. Don't understand how they have been classed five star. Staff is very very rude.

Worst hotel
The hotel is a so callled “5 star hotel” but I don’t think it’s even 2 star, toilets are not clean, room service never comes. They intentionally made us wait till 2 to check in Even tho they had rooms but Said last night we were fully booked but I could see people checking out in front of me. Shower smells like swimming pool. Generally the hotel looks like it was made before world war and never changed.

one of the best place near bosphourus, very good view. but the quality of room, staff, walls, service is increadibly terrible. it is really pity that in that golden area had that stupid building
