Located in the center of old city on top of a hill. Everything is closed by within walking distance: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc,. It's the more quiet and nice area within the vibrant old town. My room is just off the corner facing a lovely pedestrian avoiding the noise of tram on the main street. My room is small, not enough for two regular check in luggage. Beds, air conditioning, lights are good. However, the shower partition cannot stop water going out and flood the bathroom floor every time after shower. Front desk staff, bellman, house keeping staff are excellent and helpful. I ate at the roof top restaurant which it has a 360 panoramic of the entire Istanbul. The food is good and the manager Metin was nice.

The front desk service manager was very helpful for the information provided and helped me for the urgent arrangement of pickup service in NAV airport. Will definitely come back again.

We liked the hotel staff and the breakfast at Pierre Loti. The location was excellent as it was centrally located with every main attraction within walking distance. The shower and toilet and wash basin where set in separate arrangement which we did not prefer but thats our preference.

The location is excellent—central and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. However, I’m giving this hotel only two stars due to how we felt during our stay. My girlfriend and I were given a room that felt like a spare or downgraded option—very small, with a tiny window and no view, nothing like the photos of what we booked and paid for. We later noticed on the fire evacuation plan that our room was significantly smaller than the others on the floor, likely due to its location next to the staircase leading to the rooftop terrace. This reinforced our impression that we were given an inferior room that should have been priced and disclosed differently. The card reader in the room was faulty, making it difficult to turn on the electricity. Although staff attempted to fix it, the problem persisted throughout our stay. The worst part was the airport transfer. The concierge arranged a taxi and confirmed in front of the driver a fixed price of 1,400 TL. However, upon arrival at the airport, the driver became aggressive, demanding more money for supposed toll fees. I gave him 1,600 TL just to avoid further confrontation. This was very upsetting and unprofessional. When a hotel staff arranges transport, they need to ensure that the drivers are reliable and won’t harass or try to extort their guests. Unfortunately, this experience, along with the room situation, overshadowed the positives that this hotel has.

Ótimo hotel: bom atendimento, funcionários extremamente amáveis e prestativos. quarto bom (pequeno, mas funcional), bom café da manhã, localização excelente! Great boutique hotel in amazing location. Staff were so helpful and kind, we loved Yousuf, the housekeeping and reception staff, they were always happy to help. Room was a bit snug for 3 people but very manageable. My only qualm was the pillow was a bit high and hard but I should’ve asked reception to change it. Breakfast was lovely and I would definitely recommend it to others. Spa was a bit pricey compared to other places and the roof top views were amazing, although they don’t serve shisha upstairs.
