Fabulous hotel

The owners of the hotel were friendly, very welcoming and prompt to help with any anything. The property is centrally, clean and walking distance to ton of amenities.Comfortable bed and surrounding entertainments. Thank you very much for everything.

the room is big enough for a family of 4. It is rather old and damaged with broken facilities. It must have looked nice originally but not now

beautiful accomodation with plenty of character

stayed 3 nights in room 305, photos did the apart justice EXCEPT that the ceiling was quite low which isnt reflected in the photos, might bother other taller guests but didnt phase us. was well suited for us staying with our 8 month old baby, being used to sleeping in his own room back home,it was good to be able to maintain this normality in the apart, kitchen area allowed us to prepare baby meals and bottles etc, this was the main reason we chose this hotel, the next reason was to stay somewhere interesting for us parents, as from 7pm onwards once baby was sleeping we would be confined to hotel. The little cafe area was directly beneath our room, which was great and we used our baby monitor while we were downstairs. Sveta, one of the staff, was amazing! so welcoming, friendly and so so thoughtful...honestly she couldn't do enough for us, she even spoon fed our baby for us so that me and our hubby could eat breakfast together! She was great company too, as like i already said me and hubby were confined to hotel each evening, we enjoyed spending time downstairs with her.

Good but wrong information

I saw some information that this mansion will provides in the room private spa tub, separate bathtub and shower, daily house keeping and iron/ironing board, but those were not provided. It gave me disappointed feelings. moreover my two daughters were nervous and depressed. However the mansion is located on a quiet street which gives peaceful night rest and is close to the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and various attractive by walk 10~15 minutes.
