Le séjour était excellent, l’équipe est à l’écoute et très professionnelle… très gentil même (le chauffeur nous a proposé de faire un tour à Istanbul avant de rentrer à l’hôtel depuis l’aéroport (sans surcharge). Toujours disponible Les chambres sont correctes, et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est juste magnifique (en plein rue istiklal - taksim) Je recommande vivement cet hotel

Les draps des lits et les coussins étaient tachés il y avait plein de poussière sous les lit pas d'eau chaude le personnel qui crie en regardant son téléphone le bruit dans l'hôtel du matin au soir le ménage n'était pas fait tout les jours il fallait demander avec insistance les produits d'hygiène et les serviette de Bains je suis très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel jai pris plein de photos pour prouvé ce que je dit

à chaque fois il y avait un problème il fallait relancer et personne de la réception il fallait donc descendre pour aller les voir car pas de téléphone pour communiquer avec eux c'est là et c'est épuisant au bout d'un moment il y avait tellement de chosesas de téléphone pour communiquer À aucun moment il était indiqué que le service petit déjeuner été indisponible je n'avais pas prévu avant mon séjour de sortie tout les matins pour petit déjeuner. Mauvaise expérience vacances gâchés
