Great breakfast with a big choice and a very nice staff. Hotel has great location and for this money standard was is really good. Small things like tap or hairdryer needs to be repaired but overall was great.

Good and clean hotel. The staff is so kind and courteous. Breakfast is the best. One caution: you need to arrive at Sultan Suleyman Hamam Palin to check-in.

One of the most notable impressions from my stay was the efficiency and professionalism of Mr. Jacob, the hotel manager. Although my first night was disappointing, he promptly addressed the issue by upgrading me to a better room. The breakfast was wholesome, and the courtesy and service throughout my stay were exceptional.

Property has a couple of buildings. We were first put in an old building with sewer smell, strange bathroom spacing configuration. Our faucets were loose, lights were flickering. We were able to move to a new building once space there became available. Rooms were newer, nicer but very small. We were ok with that and had a good stay. Free Breakfast was very nice. Overall stay was good for the money, as long as it is in a new building.

Would highly recommend if you are staying in Sultamahmet area. Less than 10minute walking to blue mosque.. lots of restaurants around the hotel. Our room was cleaned every morning. The Abla who cleaned went out her way.. I would just suggest a release button to exit the front door as it was always a hassle to get the key out. Expect lots of walking, if you are on 2nd/3rd floor. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. The staff were attentive, friendly and the hamam ladies were great! Thank you to all the staff 😄

We had a great experience staying here; the staff was very accommodating and hospitable. Morning breakfast is at their restaurant (Yakut) and they were very generous with the food. Also, most sightseeing locations are 10 to 15 minute walking distance so the location was perfect for us. It is a budget hotel, but they provided great value for the price. This hotel falls under Sultan süleyman palace hotel & hamam. They own a few properties in the area; the main building is where you go for reception and to check in. There, you will receive a key for the room at the building you stay in. Check-in Experience: We booked for SULTAN SÜLEYMAN APART HOTEL and we were given a room at their Yakut old city hotel. We requested a room on the upper floor originally but there was no room available at the Apart hotel, so they put us in Yakut. They allowed us to see the inside of the Apart hotel room on a lower floor first and even though it was newly renovated, it was very small so we chose to stay with Yakut (we would have had issue putting all our luggage). We decided to stay with Yakut Hotel. Room was slightly bigger and inside was also renovated. Room and washroom was clean but there was a bit of smell from the pipes. The hotel provides small bottles of water upon request but we suggest buying your own water from the nearby convenience stores. Also, the property did not have elevators but the bellboy will help you with your luggage.

Esperienza pessima. Tubature del bagno maleodoranti, con la camera impregnata di odore di fogna. Chiediamo un cambio di camera e la mattina successiva, nella nuova camera, usciva acqua marrone da tutti i rubinetti per cui era impossibile lavarsi.
