不滿：整潔度
The huge positive for this property is the magnificent view it offers. This place has incredible potential due to its location but a LOT of work is required. The worst problem is it has black mould in the bathroom and the whole place smells musty and of mould. Other issues are it is not weatherproof, it has leaks, the furnishings and carpets are dirty. Also because it’s not sealed completely from the outside there were mosquitoes everywhere that bit us while we slept and it is very noisy due to having no insulation. The blinds also don’t operate smoothly nor do the shower doors. We didn’t mind the noisy seagulls landing on the retractable roof but others might. Please ensure the listing description provides realistic information about what to expect or reviews like this will likely continue. We could go on, but to end on a positive, at least the price was reasonable and the views incredible.
