The room was fine, cleanliness was great. Staff were helpful. But the rooms are not sound proofed and you are in the middle of nowhere. No shops or restaurants nearby and as the hotel does not have a restaurant this can be tricky.

You get what you owe for and it isn't good

I guess I shouldn't expect much for the price but this place is pretty dang uncomfortable all around. Bathroom is insanely small, no place to put your stuff, the sheets are scratchy, the mattress is terrible, and the two pillows you get are sad little pillows that wish they were never brought into this world. If you need something close-ish to the airport for a late night flight arrival, it can work, but I really wish I had just spent the cash to go straight to tomorrow's accomodations.

It’s a 20 minute drive from IST. You need to negotiate cost of taxi because the drivers will try to get a lot more. For 2 people with luggage for a 430am pick up.. we got taxi for 175.00 LIRA. Hotel room was lovely and the staff were friendly. Clean reception / lift / room. Not soundproof.. you can hear clearly the other guests from the bathroom. Plus no peephole in the door. Beds were clean but very firm. There is a lovely store that sells Turkish delight just up the road and a couple of mini supermarkets if you need fresh fruit 😉. Price was right, hotel and room very clean. How much do you really sleep the night before a flight?!

Inaccurate rating and information. This hotel was filtered in my search with several conditions: Airport shuttle and Breakfast included Hotel Transportation - exist but for a overcharging fee in comparing to regular Taxi service - Terrible + Not sure what happened but provided number in hotel description was not answering when I was trying to call several times after landing - no one was answering ~ 2- 3 PM and I was not able to get hotel staff to to answer my calls to arrange transportation. (Later I was found out that it was a good thing because what hotel is charging for transportation is way higher in opposite then you just use regular Taxi service and in not local currency but Euro. Breakfast it is a joke - I wish I could add picture of it, so you could have a health laugh looking on it... + if you would like a coffee or tee it is available for extra charge - hotel is advertising "Breakfast included" Terrible Disliked: cleanliness, property conditions, noise and dust everywhere +funky smell inside and in the room. Staff is friendly but not helping to overcome rest of the expectations, especially when it is rated @ 8,2 There is no way I would recommend or stay in this place one more time (at least based on current rating)

False accessibility information

The accessibility information is incorrect. I also sent them a message that I use a wheelchair. Still, I got a room that is more than half wheelchair accessible because there is not enough space between the bed and the table. In the shower, a wheelchair user has to sit on the floor and cannot reach the shower. In the morning, they promised to bring breakfast to my room. I told them I don't drink coffee. They still brought coffee. I asked for hot chocolate and had to wait for it for over an hour and go downstairs twice to ask for it. It's no use bringing breakfast to a wheelchair user's room if you have to go downstairs three times yourself. No compensation or refund of any kind. on top of all this, three out of the four towels were dirty and had brown streaks on them

Odayı temizleyen sorumlu şahsi havlularımızı alıp götürüyordu 2 sefer havlusuz kaldım istediğim zamanda üstünden 10-15 saat geçince getirdiler. Bir daha kalmak istemem
