We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, the housekeeping and reception services were outstanding. We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, super easy to walk to the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet. Would definitely stay here when we visit again!

The property is perfectly located for the Grand Bazaar. Its literally a 2 minite walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants with trams running regularly. The hotel is new been there about 5/6 months old so freah and clean. The guy's on reception were very helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable only downside is no table or chair in the room so you have to sit on the bed

Leider, waren die Zimmer nie Sauber, weder der Boden noch dass Bad. Im Badezimmer hat es zu stark nach Kanalisation gerochen dass mann sogar im Zimmer nicht chillen konnten. 2 von 3 Zimmer die wir gebucht hatten war dass problem. Haben zweimal Reklamiert, jedoch wurde nichts Unternohmen. Der Transfer vom Hotel organisiert, ist zu Teuer. Für den Preis war es nicht wert. Weder Wcpapier /schampoo wurden aufgefüllt.

Hotel ist günstig und sauber. Weshalb ich eine allgemeine schlechte Bewertung abgebe ist, dass unsere Zigaretten aus dem Duty Free Bereich geklaut worden sind. Meine Rufnummer habe am Rezeption hinterlassen damit ich die Aufnahme bestätigt kriege, dass wir mit der Tüte im Hotelzimmer eingecheckt haben. Bis heute hat sich keiner bei uns gemeldet.
