We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. We felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, the housekeeping and reception services were outstanding. We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, super easy to walk to the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet. Would definitely stay here when we visit again!

The property is perfectly located for the Grand Bazaar. Its literally a 2 minite walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants with trams running regularly. The hotel is new been there about 5/6 months old so freah and clean. The guy's on reception were very helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable only downside is no table or chair in the room so you have to sit on the bed

My stay at Xloft Hotel in Istanbul was excellent from start to finish. The location is truly unbeatable—just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and within easy reach of many of the city’s main attractions. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, making it incredibly convenient to grab a bite or do a bit of shopping anytime. The room was on the smaller side, but very cozy, clean, and comfortable—perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was spotless and felt modern, which is always a big plus. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Communication was easy since they spoke both English and Spanish, which made everything even smoother. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.

Hotellet var litet och mysigt, rent och välskött. Personalen var otroligt vänlig, professionell och hjälpsam. Läget var perfekt, med mycket bra och enkel tillgång till sevärdheterna. Många av de viktigaste platserna kunde man enkelt promenera till. Det enda problemet vi hade var att taxichauffören hade svårt att hitta hotellet och körde in på en gata där biltrafik inte var tillåten. Därför fick vi gå en ganska lång sträcka med vårt bagage. Om man däremot använder rätt väg kan bilen köra ända fram till hotellets entré.

Chegamos e o recepcionista não falava inglês. Quando subimos ao quarto, o chuveiro estava com problema no cano. O recepcionista que deu um jeito no chuveiro, pois não havia outro quarto disponível. Muito prestativo, mas o hotel necessita de manutenção URGENTE!

Attention, l’hôtel ne dispose pas de rooftop ou terrasse comme les photos le laissent croire, très grosse déception pour nous car nous l’avions choisi pour ça… La chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre non plus! Il n’y avait pas de chaise dans la chambre pour poser les affaires ou s’assoir. Et les cloisons sont très fines, nous entendions la conversation des voisins. Points positifs : très bien situé, à 10min à pieds de la mosquée bleue et personnel très accueillant.
