I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The reality is nothing like what is advertised online. The room I was given was much smaller than described, dirty, and in very poor condition. There was mold in the room, the floor was caving in, and overall it felt unsafe and unhygienic.
When I raised these issues with the manager, instead of addressing them, he denied everything and was unhelpful. The lack of honesty and professionalism made the experience even worse.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment — there are many other hotels in Istanbul that actually deliver on what they promise.
