It was off season and there was some construction going on. I was told about this in advance and it was no issue. The staff was super friendly! I had breakfast every morning and even though I think I was the only one staying there breakfast was ready when I went up. The views are amazing and sitting out on my balcony was great! There were a few flaws with the room but nothing that bothered me. If you want stay with friendly staff and a amazing view you can't beat this place!!!

If you are looking for somewhere cheap a short-ish drive from Istanbul Airport its ok. The hotel was clean but the stairs stank of cigarettes. The room was clean and the bed was adequate. The window to the right of the patio door in room 217 was broken. Huge crack from top to bottom, displaced by about 7mm, waiting to decapitate the next toddler who runs into it.The sea is close and beautiful, but very unlikely swimming will be permitted, the beach is has lots of rubbish and broken glass. No ammenites at all except a fridge of overpriced drinks and an over priced poorly reviewed breakfast which we passed on. There is a handful restaurants a short walk along the beach and shops in the village

It is a good hotel, enough for the need if your expectation is not Hilton or Shangria. Sea view, home-made style breakfast, helpful team if something can go wrong. I also wonder how they will fix the mosquito problem in the hot season since close to a small river. I stayed in the rainy days.

A lttle R&R at a Black Sea Beach Hotel. JustDoIT!

Everything was Super. Beautiful Beach. Huge and very tasty breakfast. Rather picky about pillows : were rather thick. Bedside lamps would also be a plus. Extremely accomodating courteous staff. Thank you All :))) Certainly will be back.

Hotellin vieraat juttelivat äänekkäästi käytävällä 01:00 saakka. Tupakansavu pääsi huoneeseen yöllä ja useasti kylpyhuoneeseen. Wifi signaali oli huoneessa heikko. Siisteys ok, sänky ok, kylpyhuone ok.

Sıcak bir karşılama, güler yüz ve temiz oda! Nispeten sakin bir yerde böylesi bir otel, paha biçilmez bir imkan! Başta Ayşe hanım olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar, inanılmaz kolaylıklar sağlıyorlar! Konum mükemmel, 20 m mesafedeki kum plajda şezlong ve şemsiyeleri var. Deniz, sabah mükemmel, akşam biraz dalgalı (karadeniz!). Odalar tertemiz, sakin. Kahvaltı iyi! Ayşe hanıma kahve var mıdır dedim hemen kendi kahvelerinden ikram etti. İstanbulun yanı başında harika bir otel ve deniz kıyısı

Temiz bir otel. Bir havlu yırtıktı sadece. biz 2 gün kaldık. Kahvaltısı çok çok iyi ve çeşitli. Akşam yemeği biraz az seçenekliydi, açık büfe değildi.Yine de yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Tv si kullanışlı değil az kanal çekiyor. Odaları büyük ve bahçesi çok güzel,sevimli. Personeli yardımseverdi. Otelden plaja 2 dk yürüyorsunuz. Şemsiye ve şezlong otelin ve ücretsiz.Ama yüzmeye geliyorsanız iyi düşünün derim. Çok dalgalıydı ve 2. gün yüzme yasağı vardı
