Hotel novo , cama e lençóis novos e confortáveis e bem próximo ao Parque do Beto Carrero , dar para ir a pé , aproximadamente 1,4 km ,perto de uma pizzaria e um restaurante, recomendo este hotel , voltaria a ficar porque é excelente custo benefício, somente o café poderia melhorar um pouco mais variedade e espaço do refeitório.

Decepção total: deixamos o hotel no mesmo dia

Infelizmente, essa foi uma das piores experiências que já tive em hotéis ao redor do mundo. O colchão era extremamente duro, o café da manhã muito fraco (com direito a leite e frutas estragadas), o estacionamento ficava distante do hotel e o vaso sanitário era desconfortavelmente baixo. Só para ter uma ideia, a estadia estava planejada para 5 dias, mas fizemos o checkout no mesmo dia, perdendo o valor investido e optando por outro hotel. Estávamos em família (3 adultos e duas adolescentes de 15 anos), o que tornou a situação ainda mais frustrante. O único ponto positivo foi o atendimento da recepcionista, que foi atenciosa e profissional. Inclusive, acredito que ela tem potencial para trabalhar em um local que corresponda à qualidade do seu atendimento.
