Péssimo. O hotel era sujo, cheirava mofo, tinha um tijolo no lugar do pé da cama do meu filho. Fui tomar banho e não tinha toalhas de banho. Nunca imaginei que um hotel em frente ao Beto Carreiro pudesse ser tão ruim. E ainda quando fui questionar o mau cheiro com o atendente do hotel, o mesmo disse que as janelas dos quartos ficavam fechadas para não entrar mosquitos. Foi o pior hotel que fiquei em toda a minha vida! Não recomendo para ninguém.

Terrível experiência, fiz o check in me mandaram para o quarto errado no quarto andar, voltei na recepção me encaminharam para outro quarto, chegando no quarto não tinha lençol, travesseiro, toalha de banho e nem coberto, tive que voltar na recepção pq nem telefone tinha, falei oque estava faltando no quarto, simplesmente me deram a chave de outro quarto pra EU IR BUSCAR as roupas de cama, no banheiro não tinha saboneteira nem gancho para pendurar as toalhas, o chuveiro só tinha duas temperatura inferno e Alasca, as toalhas de banho catingando a cloro puro, a perde da frente do quarto e de vidro com cortina, colchão de mola horrível, sentia as molas batendo na costela kkk tô rindo mais e a real, no restaurante fui pedir uma térmica de água quente para a garçonete, ela disse pra mim entrar na cozinha pegar a chaleira elétrica encher de água e colocar pra ferver. Já estava me sentindo quase um funcionário do hotel. Com certeza primeira e última vez nesse hotel. Não recomendo

Sujo sem manutenção
Pelo valor da estadia posso dizer que foi terrível, começando no Check-in, hospedei com crianças e eles não pediram documentos de ninguém, somente o meu que estava responsável na reserva. O apto era amplo mas com condições bem precárias, móveis soltos, enxoval em condições bem velhos. Chuveiro sai gotinhas, torneira da pia saia um fio de água. Sim foi essa a experiência. Falando das áreas externas amplas, mas percebe que não fazem manutenção, tudo muito largado e sujo. Pra quem nao gosta de cigarros vomo eu, um Alerta, na piscina tinha alguns fumantes. Eu não voltaria e nem indico.

Primeiramente vamos em um hotel pela limpeza, atendimento, café da manhã, cama boa. Este hotel ha alguns anos atrás era incrível, até reservamos neste após grande tempo em função de conhecer ja o hotel, MAS, nos deparamos com algumas deficiências de limpeza, organização, pia dentro do box chuveiro, instalações elétricas aparecendo com riscos de acidente, quinas de móveis visíveis, sujeira no chão apesar do quarto estar reservado para nós mesmo assim sentíamos as sujeiras, os travesseiros amarelados de encardido, a televisão só funciona a GLOBO LIXO, a porta do banheiro travada, quarto 37. Do que adianta ter piscinas, etc e não ter o básico de um hotel????? Sinto muito, mas por estar em frente ao parque deveria aproveitar a oportunidade e investir para seu cliente retornar.

A cama horrível colchão de espuma que quando deitava sentia o estrato,banheiro que quando entrava no banho a água saia para o quarto todo ,avisei não deram a mínima atenção, a tv não tinha controle pedi mas falaram que a manutenção ia ver e nunca foram ver, funcionários despreparados não deram a atenção desejada, localização excelente mas a manutenção do Hotel ficou a desejar

O hotel é realmente mediano para baixo. Por ser um hotel, acreditava que haveria fornecimento de toalhas de banho, e afins mas nem sabonete tinha. O quarto em si era bom, amplo, com ar condicionado funcionando mas muito barulhento. Ha estacionamento de hospedes junto com estacionamento pago, logo, enche de carros o os hospedes ficam com o veiculo ao sol. Tambem nao ha controle de rigoroso, uma pessoa de fora que aparentar ser hospede acaba tendo acesso a todo o local, o qual tem uma porta de garagem como acesso ao estacionamento que nao fecha, a qual da acesso ao restaurante, a sala de jogos e as sscadas que levam aos quartos, nada seguro para deixar as criancas, pessimo no quesito controle de acesso e seguranca. O restaurante é otimo, em acima do esperado. O cafe da manha é farto e diverso e o valor do almoco é bem acessível. Ponto negativo para as variedades de cerveja, tem apenas as mais mais baratas do povo, nem mesmo as medianas nao tem. Restaurante tem ar condiconado e a piscina aparenta ter pré aquecimento. Piscina é rasa e meus filhos com 1,20 ficavam em pe, ponto positivo. Ah, e as fotos do site nao tem nada a ver com o local real. A porta de acesso ao quarto é de blindex com cortina por dentro, bem estranho e inseguro.
