“Everything is absolutely perfect & beautiful. It’s my 2nd time to stay there. I can only say everyone would love there, when they have stayed there for once. For those who love art pieces, I guarantee that having a stay there would escalate your interest to the hotel.
I do love there, and I will be back again soon. ”
“Todo impecable. Limpieza petecta. y personal muy atento y servicial en cada momento. Fue un placer habernos hospedado en este hotel. Desayuno delicioso.”
“The hotel is rated 4 stars overall, except that the reception staff lacked enthusiasm. However, the service and food quality of the buffet breakfast were appreciated.”
“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups, only plastic glass
on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my
journey in Italy.”
“The room was very nice well and pointed with a smart TV. However, we were there for three nights and we seldom had any hot water after asking the staff to take a look at it two different occasions the swimming pool look like a swamp. The outside of the property was not well maintained. The walls were so thin that you could easily hear conversations next-door. The view was spectacular. The room was very nice. However everything else was not up to par.”
