Located in Ocotillo Springs in Santa Clara, Utah, these two homes are a window to the dramatic red mountain landscapes which created state and national parks like Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Only minutes to Tuacahn Broadway Theater and Kayenta Art Village.
Welcome to the beautiful 2-home property located at Ocotillo Springs Resort #30 and #31. These homes are located at the very entrance of the resort next door to two pickleball courts for hours of fun. Enjoy your own private pool, hot tub, and fire pit in each home while soaking in the gorgeous panoramic views of Snow Canyon and Red Mountains in the distance. Sunrises and sunsets from the balcony are dramatic and awe-inspiring. Pickleball courts are right next door so you can play for hours.
With both homes, you can enjoy large open living spaces, two hot tubs, two private heated pools, two kitchens, several TVs and space to entertain when not exploring the trails and St. George's many attractions. It is perfect for large family reunions, special interest groups, or corporate retreats. (If you need a bit more space for an even larger group, you can also rent the 3 bedroom connecting home #29 to sleep an additional 10 guests.)
About the community: Ocotillo Springs Resort is located in Santa Clara, Utah and offers a gorgeous resort pool with a water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. You will love the unequaled resort pool with a zero entry shallow end for kids, and the unique splash pad. The clubhouse offers a gym, game tables, outdoor poolside lounge area, and an indoor kitchen.
