We enjoyed our stay. Fireplace wasn't working but they came that same day to get it working. Pool was warm and the amenities were wonderful. Some of the furniture is getting warn but for the most part we had a wonderful stay. I would rate our stay a good 5.

Awesome Home!

This home was the perfect size and location for our vacation. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the home. It was right next to the water park and the pool and pickleball court was so much fun! We made some great family memories! The customer service was very responsive and helpful as well! Highly recommend this home for your southern Utah trip!

Family Gathering

This is a wonderful home to rent. It had lots of room for our large group. We had 9 children in the home. There was so much for them to do with the pool, video games, many TV's, sport court and the under the stairs cupboard. Even though the community pool was just across the street the children chose to stay at the home because they were having such a great time. The home was very comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Great Location

This is are third time staying here. Property is nice and close to the big pool. We love their court and private pool. The spa really never worked great (never got past the 90 degree range, likely needs to be updated). Property management was very responsive. The big pool gets very crowded early on so having our pool is nice. I would never stay in that vacation area without a pool.

Paradise Village 107

We love coming here every year! There are 24 of us and we are comfortable here! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans/utensils/bowls/etc, you would need to make anything. And the fridges hold all the food we bring. The home was so clean and it's very intuitive to find anything! The pool was clean and so lovely- even in October! And the hot tub was glorious. We are so excited to come back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It had everything... and I mean everything, for us to be comfortable and have a marvelous time! We have rented this unit for several years now because it is perfect for our needs. The unit is clean and spacious. There is plenty of room for all to spread out in comfort. The kitchen area provides a great space for many hands to help with preparation and includes all the equipment one could desire. The dining area has room for 20 to eat or play games. Each bedroom has its own bath-a huge bonus! The grandkids love having their own bunk rooms and gaming space, and the pool/basketball-pickleball courts are in constant use. I would give this property an A+ rating, and we will be reserving it again!

We have rented as an end of summer/back to school activity for the grandkids. They absolutely love having the basketball/pickleball court, swimming pool, and game room to keep them occupied. Swimming pool volleyball was the big hit this summer. The close proximity to the Paradise Village water parks is also great. The parents love the unit as well. It is spacious and the outdoor seating/dining areas provide plenty of options so no one feels crowded. There's plenty of room for all to spread out and enjoy. We also especially appreciate that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The unit is always clean and well stocked with any appliances and cookware one could desire. The only thing that disappointed this year was that the hot tub would only heat to around 94* and would not adjust. We'll be renting again soon!

Wonderful home for reunion

Our family reunion was me and my 3 sisters and all our kids/grandkids for a total of about 70. We rented 4 homes in the paradise village area and used 107 for the gathering place for lunch, dinner and late night pickle ball fun. This house is awesome with a large kitchen, large dinning table and plenty of sitting outside that is covered and comfortable, even with heat in the 100's. The toddlers in the family loved the play place under the stairs filled with toys. A closet upstairs was filled with games which was good for the older kids, but we would of liked a lock on the door, so little kids did not get in closet to mess up games. There was also a video game room that older cousins had fun in. There is also a pool in the backyard that kids could enjoy more water (kids never seem to get enough swimming) and parents could just sit around and talk. We also had fun at the water park, and pool with the rock waterfall. This is the second time we have rented this house and will be back again.

Perfect for Our Group of 16!

This house was a dream! Clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen gear to extra towels. Tons of room for everyone to relax and hang out together, plus super comfy beds. Ideal for big groups, reunions, or celebrations. The private pool, hot tub and pickleball court was awesome. Just a short walk to the community lazy river and water slides, it was very convenient.. Kids loved it. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Home for Making Memories

4th time renting this home with my children and grandchildren. Absolutely love the size of the dining table where we can eat together. pool area and patio amazing. basketball court/pickleball court, scooters, cornhole can all be enjoyed. love the private pool and jacuzzi as well as the public water park. plenty of counter space and parking. very attentive if we have questions. we will be back thank you
