"SERENE DESERT GETAWAY" La Casa Coyote, Kayenta Art Village W/Views of Red Rock

  • La Casa Coyote located in the Kayenta Art Village. Luxury one-bedroom sleeps two comfortably in king-size bed. Amazing large bath with large soaking tub and separate shower. Nestled privately behind garage with a walled patio. There will probably be a few quail or roadrunners while you are here.

    Furnishings are southwest in design and very unique to the area. Separate living-dining room with stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, designer kitchen package. Original paintings abound the walls that were produced by local artists.

    Seasonal access to the Kayenta Community Pool (May to October) and year round access to the Kayenta Tennis Courts. Enjoy hiking, biking and swimming. Also, Zion and other national parks are very close in distance.

    The Kayenta Art Village now has a theatre with performing arts. The performances are well attended by visitors and locals. A quick stroll through the village will let you view many local art types. A great shopping experience. Xetava Gardens Restaurant is open for quick or gourmet meals with great coffee. There is also a new bar, the Rusted Cactus that serves small plates with liquor license. Come stay a few days and you will make this your desert vacation.

I love Kayenta and the clear view of the red rock mountains and the views from the home do not disappoint. Check-in and out were seamless and the location right in the art village is amazing. I will definitely be returning.

It's a lovely Casita with beautiful views of the Red rocks. I have stayed here every year for the past 8 years or so. It's so peaceful, located in Kayenta Arts village and a short drive to St George. There are lots of gorgeous places to walk my pup. I can't wait until my return. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

The casita is such a delightful place and Kayenta is as well. If hiking, biking and relaxing are your thing, Coyote Casita is perfect. Spotless, well appointed, friendly and fun!

I have stayed at this property many times over the years. It is my favorite place to stay it's quiet with gorgeous views and lots of beautiful paths and places to walk my pup. It's very close to St George, the owner is wonderful. I hope to return again next year it really is my happy place.

Beautiful quiet location to enjoy the area. Close by to trails for mountain biking. Good birding in the local area. Snow Canyon just 10 minutes away as well as Tuacahn.

Just us and our Goldendoodle and it was perfect. We wanted something away from the crowded city but close enough to Tuachan for a show. It was serene and quiet. Just what we needed. We hiked the Snow Canyon Overlook Trail which was phenomenal.

Lovely property for a couple, well appointed and amenities throughout the 1-month stay not just starter packs, stunning views of the red rocks, appreciated the access to pickleball, pool and state park pass, owners attentive, accessible and quickly resolved 2 issues.

This was a great find. Full kitchen, not many casitas with that, and large bedroom and batch. Clean and quiet even though just steps to the art galleries and dining options. Shelly and Mark were great hosts.Thanks!

25th year anniversary trip

Great spot in the desert! We enjoyed the pool, art village, and restaurant on site. Biking Snow canyon and the area around Ivins was the highlight. The condo was gorgeous and was only outdone by the surrounding views.

Beautiful casita surrounded by stunning views. This casita was perfect for my husband and I. Spacious rooms and had all the amenities for preparing meals. Highly recommended.

Excellent, lovely place!

If you like a secluded quiet place this is it. The dark nights are incredible and the location is superb. Xetava is an excellent place to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. We will be back for sure!

Great location right in the Kayenta Art Center yet secluded and very quiet. Perfect set-up for two people with hiking and biking right out the front door and the Xeteva Cafe a two minute walk away. No traffic and no crowds.

Sally was so gracious. The home is so very clean and beautiful. We will be back for sure! Oh and the views from the back patio are stunning. Can’t say enough about our wonderful stay here in Kayenta.
