“Breakfast was amazing! Staff was so kind, and place was very clean. ”

“Included breakfast was the highlight, food was hot and quite a few options. Pool was also fairly good but run down. Beds were also pretty good - sheets, etc. The hotel was quite run down overall. The first room they gave us had a terrible smell and stained bath tub. I asked to be moved, if possible, and they put us right next to the elevator. With thin walls, we had a hard time going to sleep. Not ideal with kids.”

There is a small table and 2 chairs to sit and look out the window. The bathroom is good size. The water pressure is good, with plenty of hot water. The floor is tiled, so it is very cold on bare feet. There is no breakfast, but they will get you bottled water if you ask. The parking is well lit. You can hear the traffic from……

“So charming! The Inn itself is nicely furnished in a cozy manner, curated with interesting collections of things and vintage or antique objects throughout. Many charming touches, like the popcorn station with flavored oils and Parmesan cheese, were a delightful surprise. The towel warmer in the bathroom was unexpected and wonderful! We had to rush out In the morning, but not before we grabbed, homemade zucchini bread, coffee, and sausage& egg bites for the road. Overall, a warm, friendly, and……

“The hotel was perfect for a one night getaway. Matthew at the front desk was wonderful, and so very helpful. The dinner was outstanding, as was the breakfast the next morning. The location on the beach was perfect, and even though it was April, we enjoyed a nice walk on the beach. Would definitely come back!”

“The host/owner Michael is a wonderful host. Other reviewers have complimented the breakfast he prepares...they did not exaggerate. The breakfasts are healthy, delicious, innovative, fresh...outstanding. Our room, #8, is large, clean, has its own private entrance, and a great new shower. This B&B is located in downtown Madison in a walkable area. The house is a large, charming building constructed in 1833. Excellent accomodations. ”
