「Slight delay with check in but small error was fixed. Bikes were not fit for riding and that was one question we did not get answered and bikes were a reason we chose this property. So we rented bikes and rode. Bike paths are great as is bus system. Communication was solid otherwise. Pool and outdoor area well maintained. BBQ needed supplies. 「La casa es bonita, tiene espacio para dos autos y una alberca limpia. También está bien equipada para poder cocinar, asar afuera el carbón y pasarla bien. Los cuartos, los baños y la cocina necesitan mantenimiento, las puertas de la recámara y el baño la planta baja se cierran con seguro por fuera y hay que llamar a al servicio para que las abra. Fuera de eso todo muy bien !」

「Property managers Cinthia and Romero were super and very accommodating. Property owner, was very communicative and helpful in all regards. We loved the location and were able to get around in foot and an occasional taxi. It was very quiet and not at full capacity when we were there and we had a relaxing stay. 」

「The property is new and located a short walk from restaurants and Main Street. The beach out front is perfect for boarding. I was alone and in one of the smaller apartments- clean, comfortable and AC a blessing. I had access to everything necessary for cooking with a full central kitchen. I could see our family using the entire compound. Plenty of space, two pools and separate kitchen in the large house. On-site support staff ensure all are taken care of. Definitely recommend!!」

「Great property shared with other guests. The pool overlooking the ocean was fantastic. The balcony with wide open doors was nice to utilize. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I went with my 4-year-old son to Troncones for his summer break. The place was just as described, everyone was really welcoming and the tool / beach we're awesome. Would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.」
