“It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow. ”

“Amazing hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel has outstanding views to the city. The staff is wonderful in all aspects of hospitality! Only 2 draw backs - area around hotel underdeveloped and lots of barking dogs as this hotel sits in residential neighborhood. Steep hill to get to property kept one drivers car from being able to make it and had to take alternate path that added 10 mins. ”
