"We stayed in a traditional Japanese room which we enjoyed very much. It was very spacious and the futon were very comfortable to sleep on. We wore the provided yukata and found the to be very comfortable to wear."

"Though the hotel is an older hotel, still really enjoyed my stay. The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was also clean, even though an older style I still enjoyed staying here. Also close to the JR line and tram lines. Thank you :)"

"The room is reasonably comfortable for a double. The hotel looks new and the smoking area is outdoor. Overall I have a good rest in the hotel."

"Room was on the small side but has a good view of the Matsuyama Castle. Close to many dining and shopping (Takayama!) options. Onsen is a plus."

"The rooms was very nice with charming details like the scented toilet paper. They also left sweets for us every day and every day they were different. The spa was good too with two temperatures: 39 and 42 degrees Celsius. We had the breakfast only one day, it was a Japanese breakfast (no western option) with fish, tofu, vegetables, soup, miso paste etc The staff was always extremely useful. The location is perfect: less than 10 mn walk to the Dogo Onsen and 2 mn to the shopping area! We would gladly come back"
