İ choose this hotel because it's near to port. Hotel is very nice and good condition! Staff was very helpful, especially Mr Arslan at reception he try to help your ever request and kindly person! Highly recommended!!!

Poor service, no air conditioning in 39c temp

Poor check in. Wanted to check in and go to a business meeting. Couldn’t get to one of the rooms as the key wasn’t working. Went down four times to reception and wasted 45 minutes and nearly missed my meeting. Hotel is not very clean. Air conditioning doesn’t work and when you ask for it to be fixed they lie to you and say we will get it to work which never happens. I travel every 6 weeks and I visited more than 120 hotels,”. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in and I cannot believe it’s rated with five stars. I will never go back there ever again.

7.katta kaldık, 30-40 sn aralıkla asansörüm gümbür gümbür vurma sesini gece boyu dinledik. Banyoda su neredeyse akmıyor seviyede az geliyor. Ortak kullanılan havuzun sisteminin bozuk olduğu söylendi, buz gibi suya girerek Termal tatil keyfi yaptık. Tek iyi nokta garsonların tavırları ve yemeklerin kalitesi diyebilirim.

Отель тянет на 3-4 звезды

Бассейны не сильно чистые, но нормально, пойдет, в день нашего заезда не работал бассейн и аквапарк на улице , починили только на следующий день и то работало 2 горки только. Нам об этом за ранее не сообщили , сказали только после оплаты, что очень нас расстроило, возможно, если бы сообщили раньше, то мы бы сменили отель. Отель явно не тянет на 5 звезд, я бы оценила на 3-4 звезды. Напитки в ресторане все платные, кроме чая кофе и воды.

Kızımla haftosaonu tatili için gittim. Genel olarak idare ederdi diyebilirm. Oda temizliği çok iyi, ona lafım yok. Ancak restoran yemek kalitesine göre çok pahalı. Termal havuz asla sıcak değildi sadece bir kapalı havuzla aynı sıcaklıkta idi. Arabamı şarj etmek istedim, dışarıda 4 tane şarj istasyonu var ancak sadece üyelik kartı ile çalışıyor ve nasıl kullanılabileceğini bilen yok. Güvenlik resepsiyona, resepsiyon güvenliğe yönlendirdi. En son bilen arkadaşımız burda değil dediler, telefonla ulaşamaz mıyız dediğimde ise işten çıktı cevabını aldım. Valizimi taşırken yanımda küçük çocuk olmasına rağmen kimse yardımcı olmadı. Çocuk oyun alanı aşırı soğuk ve rutubetliydi, doğru düzgün oyuncak yoktu. En azından ısıtamaz mıyız diye sordum, teknik ile görüşüp mümkün olup olmadığını soracaklarını söylediler ama sonuç olarak ısınmadı ve haber veren de olmadı. Biz tatilimizi sorunsuz tamamladık mı tamamladık. Büyük b eklenti ile gtimezseniz mutsuz olmadan dönebilirsiniz.

Oda çok temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgili. Havuzda güzeldi. İstanbul’dan gittik. Havuzda temizdi memnun kaldık. İnterneti de iyi. Odanın ısı ayarınıda istediğimiz gibi ayarlayabildik. Otel çevresi sakin ve huzurlu. Başiskeleye çok yakın sahile. Sahile dolaşmaya ve kahve içmeye de gidin mutlaka.

Otel ve termal harika. Ancak otelden çıkacağımız sabah termale girmek istediğimizde bone olmadan giremeyeceğimizi tanesi 150 tl olan boneleri alıp o şekilde girebileceğimizi söylediler. bu otele 3. Gidişimiz ve kimse bize daha önce Bone takmamızın zorunlu olduğunu söylemedi. Bu oteli tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum, daha önceden söylenseydi bonemi alıp girerdim ama normalde olmayan bir kuralı sırf bone satmak için zorunlu hale getirmeleri çok can sıkıcı bir hareketti. Tatilimizin son anını gerginlikle dolu geçirdik.

Otel temiz odalari genis konforlu kahvaltisi gayet guzel cevresi guzel merkezi yerlere yakin calisanlari guler yuzlu 2 kez konakladik. Ilk sefer kalabalik degildi ama ikinci sefer otel cok kalabalikti insanlar sebebiyle biraz rahatsiz olduk sadece tavsiye ederim.
