「This is a beautiful hotel converted from an old mill. The staff was not only courteous but downright friendly. Two days after I had checked in Adam saw me in the elevator and wished me a good morning by name. The dining room was elegant and the clam chowder just loaded with clams. My only complaint is that most of the LiveTV channels were offline, but HBO, Netflix and other streamers come with the room. Parking is in an open lot across the street. 「Front desk person was extremely rude. Left early due to a leak in the ceiling. Offered to move my room but then i asked for a refund he said i would have to talk to expedite but didnt say he was unwilling too. Left instead of switching & tried to get a refund for the days i didn’t stay. Expedia said its up to the hotel & called he said i won't give him a refund & i told him that & offered to accommodate the room due to the leak & supposedly i chose to leave.
