「Room was clean and looked nice. Bathroom too small with terrible water pressure and a very wobbly commode. Breakfast was grab and go in a breakfast room that was locked and was not accessible until after 7:30. If you are there to see bears at Cades Cove, it puts you up there a little late. Being just grab and go, maybe they could make it accessible earlier by room key code. Our room had no microwave and the only one that available was in the breakfast room and was very small and under powered....

「Good.」

「Property is right next to the airport. Staff is great.」

「The property is in a scenic setting and the staff were welcoming. Parking is ample and easy and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient to get you started but had the same limited choices for the two days that we were there」

「Everything looked good」

「Onsite restaurant and bar, close to Knoxville, unrelated to the hotel but local drivers are crazy」

「Room are smelly and with hundred of ants on the dining table, so scary! This is the first time I stay at Staybridge and it gives me very bad impression on this hotel.」

「The staff is always nice and welcoming. Breakfast is good with plenty of options. I love the game room area with the pool table and board games.」

「Very relaxing」

「In general the room was fine. There were 3 things I would have appreciated if they were different; 1) the curtain to outside didn’t conceal the room properly. 2) the bathroom fan didn’t work. 3) the heating fan only blew cold air when operating. Otherwise everything was great. The staff were helpful and friendly and good, I enjoyed the pool, the room was comfortable and clean.」

「My room was right by the front desk. Noise day and night at all hours. Could hear people talking at」
