“At check in Alex was very friendly and informative. He provided suggestions for local dining and also how to get to the Shiloh National Battlefield Park.
My room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.

“The room was dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it, my towel was black. At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me. ”
