“When I first checked into my room there was paint missing on the walls, the AC wasn’t working, the bed sheets had brown and black marks on it, the stairwell and hallways was trashed and it smelled badly, a hole on the top of my shower and the bathtub floor was just filthy and I requested a different room which I did and it was still the same result besides the whole in the shower but I had a jacuzzi in the bedroom and that was dirty and very distracting it was just a horrible experience and……
