Three bears water park passes were included, which was the main reason we booked. The weather was little cold, so we did not spend much time outdoors, it could have been fantastic in warmer weather. Only inconveniences were, the heating is not evenly distributed to the areas, the living area and the kitchen area were colder, the loft and bathrooms were very hot like……

The location was a good halfway point and our evening was filled with much needed laughter after a very stressful week for us all. It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. This property was also being booked through a vacation rental company (Evolve), which is also not disclosed until after you book. The owner of this property……

“Overall experience was great! Christmas tree was a nice touch. Couple of things that we were disappointed in as follows, 1.) a lot of cigarette butts in and around fire pit. It’s the first thing our dogs would test to eat and we had them pick them up. 2.) Refrigerator had to be cleaned and the door would hang open if not pushed in. Should probably be looked at. 3.) Microwave, coffee maker needed cleaning. 4.) Waste baskets in bathrooms had garbage in them from previous people. We are not trying……

“This location was beautiful and peaceful. It was a great weekend get away. Pricing is really good as well. My friend and I were able to go for a nice 2 mile walk and got to see wildlife along the way.”

“Beautiful little cabin, very solid with heated floors! It was so quiet, and the comfy beds provided great sleep. We watched movies on the big tv and curled up for reading on the sofas. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils and dishes, so it was easy to prepare meals. Perfect place to get away from it all to relax, rewind, and renew.”
