“This place was amazing ! Had a great time with a family 4 adults and 3 kids was plenty of room for all of us and no one was on top of one another . Everything was exactly as shown. Would definitely stay here again ! Had no complaints ! The house was super clean and the host was easy to communicate with and super nice . We loved all of the wood work around the house . It was over all a great place.”

“Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. There were plenty of towels, blankets……

“Quiet neighborhood , so comfy and cozy, had every little thing we needed. Bed was pretty good, loved the screened in porch and outside area. Water was a little lower than expected but it was still good. What a great little fish camp. It was perfect for us. One thing thst I missed was having a toaster that would be an excellent add to this perfect camp. Owner was the best”

“This was a short getaway for myself, husband, 2 adult children and their girlfriends and it was perfect. I was not aware that the river was so cold and was looking forward to swimming, but Greers Ferry was just a short drive and Sandy Beach is beautiful. Karen, our host, was great! She was available and responded quickly to everything. Our stay was peaceful and great. The weather did not cooperate, but we made up for it with family game time with games provided by the host. I cooked every day……

“We had a great time celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary at Camp Chinkapin total privacy w/ dock. It is in immaculate condition, very quiet, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and in a very private setting with no docks or houses on the opposite bank of the river so it is rather secluded. I was able to catch nice rainbow and brown trout right from the dock! Great communication via text with the hosts. This was a great place to stay and we can't wait to return.”

“Great property my husband even caught a rainbow trout! The up stairs had a little trash under the bed left from previous guest! Also the host had different check out list than the housekeeper! But I just followed with what the email said to do! But other than those few things it was an amazing stay not far from Heber spring! Loved it!”
