“The views around the cabin were incredible. We woke up to a family of elk hanging out right outside the back window. Perfectly situated between Rocky mountain and estes park. The stars were breathtaking at night as well.”

“This place was the perfect weekand getaway. It had a great fenced in yard for our dogs to go runaround. It was very well cleanedwhen we got there, and plenty of places to go and explore in the area”

“It was a cozy little cabin and perfect for a couple with a dog. It is a short walk to town, so park the car and enjoy Grand Lake. The hostess was very accommodating and was available for any needs. We will go back again.”

“It was a truly wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is an honest lakefront with a dock, multiple kayaks, paddleboards, and a canoe. It was my wife, our two boys, and me, and we had a glorious time unwinding. A wonderful host also. Thank you so much.”

“Great location and views. Great amenities. Everything is provided”

“Perfect location for our family (2 adults, 2 kids 8,11). We saw deer, elk and even a black bear from the house. The kids could walk down the road to fish and we loved the hot tub. The power went out once due to a storm but was back on within 30 minutes. We had everything we needed for our laid back vacation!”

“This home was absolute perfection! We rent homes all over the country and this was definitely one of our favorites! The location was perfect. It was right on a river so the kids spent their mornings fishing, you could very easily walk into town to restaurants and for shipping, and it was only about a 5 minute drive into the park. The owner was extremely responsive a s the home was very well stocked with everything you could need for a stay. The hot tub, grill, and fire pit were added……

“The host was very helpful and responded to our questions and needs. The location was perfect, just mins from town and Grand Lake. It slept all 8 of us comfortably. The game room and the Hot Tub and the Hot tub were the icing on the cake.”

“Our stay was great.Private area in the hills overlooking Grand Lake.Host was great, very good communication.”

“We stayed here for our mini-moon after our wedding in Estes Park. Amazing host, very communicative and attentive. The cabin is clean, cozy, and just what we wanted! We love Grand Lake and have always wanted to stay in these Daven Haven cabins and it did not disappoint. We were only confused about the trash and recycling since there are seasonal differences and we assumed recycling is separate, but it isn’t. We also stayed for an entire week so the trash/recycling was more of a question for us……

“Very friendly clean and accommodating.”
