"Very clean, plenty of natural light. Quiet location, nice size yard with sitting area and another open space by the water. The old road/boat ramp at the bottom of the hill provided a few places to fish from the bank and a great place for a quit walk/run. We were in town for a fishing tournament so plenty of room for 2 trucks and a great place at the bottom of the hill for the boat with a plug in for batteries. 2 minutes from Laurel Park boat ramp. 37 minutes from Helen, 20 minutes to town. "The house/cabin was comfortable and the view in the back is just wonderful. Our only issue was that we found out late the hot tub wasn’t full and did not get to use it all weekend. However property manager did respond and gave a small refund. "

"We are constantly on the go with crazy schedules, this vacations spot is exactly what we needed. Kids love the fishing and hike up and down to the dock tired them out. Nearby we found ice skating, hiked stone mountain and Margaritaville had a snow tubing adventure the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back."
