Very nice property

The house is very clean, comfortable and has a nice view of the river. We were only in town for one night so we didn't explore the neighborhood or any nearby attractions. The owner was very nice and responsive.

Weekend trip

The house was clean and cozy. It was our second time renting this property and we were very happy with it. The owner responds quickly to any questions we had during our stay. You can tell that they take pride in their property. The neighborhood isquet abd family friendly.

Perfect for Our Weekend Stay

We came to visit family for the weekend and this property was located close to them and met our needs perfectly. Townhome was clean, beds were comfortable, host communication was great, and the view was beautiful. Would definitely look into staying there again if we come to stay another weekend.

Perfectly located

My family and I were only coming in for 1 night on our way back to NY to visit family quick. I will 110% recommend this spot. Very pretty view, close to downtown. We decided to check to check out the Clove Hitch beer and wine and they didn’t not disappoint!!! Very clean and all needs are met, comfy beds. Nicole was very quick to respond with any questions we had. You won’t regret booking.

Wonderful hosts

We have stayed here before, loved it the first time, so we came back. My Husband accidentally broke Adirondack chair on the deck, the hosts were there within an hour to replace it. They are wonderful people. Condo was nice and clean. Beautiful view. Who could ask for more. Would definitely come back. We had a wonderful time. 🏖

Great location

This property faces the water, just as the pictures show. The unit has enough room for 6 people and is very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Right behind the unit is the Environmental Education Center with a nice boardwalk with educational posts along the water. Loved how close it was to the military bases.

Immaculate & Comfortable

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in was easy, and the property is exactly as described. We found the property to be exceptionally clean and well appointed. The walking trail right nearby was a great place to get some fresh air and the location is close to everyplace we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again…great experience!

Excellent View

I loved sitting on the patio at night looking at the cars drive on the overpass, while lights making the water glisten below. The scenery and atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommended this property.

The property had a great view of the water and bridge. It was located in a small and quiet neighborhood that was approximately 30 minutes away from the base, beaches and restaurants.

Hidden delight!

This property is tucked away on a quiet street and overlooks the river. Perfect outdoor seating for your morning coffee or anytime during the day or to sip on a glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets. Nicely stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Some spices and coffee, but I drove and was able to bring my own not sure what was there. Home was clean, beds were comfy. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Nice for what it is and the price

Nice property house is nice for the price. However not really owners fault but the next door neighbor smokes alot and the house smelled like cigarettes when we would come back. It's a great area and the house is nice

Family Visit

We came to Jville to see our parents and was looking for a nice place that wasn’t far away at a reasonable price. This Location had everything we were looking for. It was close to our parents as well as everything else. The place was very comfortable, Nicely decorated with a beautiful view & peaceful. There is a basketball court near by my boys could walk to & even made a few friends there so that was a big plus for them. Easy check in & check out. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a good rate.

Perfect for our needs & with short notice

We stayed at this location the week between Christmas & New Years to visit family, and unfortunately not even 2 weeks later an unexpected death brought us back to the area. I booked this listing Saturday for Monday, so with short notice and I booked it for an estimated time we’d need to be with the family in Jacksonville. When booking, I was emotional to say the least and didn’t note how many people would be staying. Nichole reached out immediately to double check so there were enough toiletries for the group. She was extremely thoughtful and helpful with info about rentals near us for more of the family since we loved the location. The house was clean again and has everything we needed, and we were so thankful it was available on such short notice. We will always stay here if it’s available whenever we visit Jacksonville.

This stay was clean and comfortable. I generally struggle to sleep well when I’m not in my own bed (and I struggle even IN my own bed if we’re being honest) but I slept like a rock. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There were basic housewares and I can understand not leaving tons of spare rolls of paper towels, TP, garbage bags because of course people will take them. The only thing we could have used was a toaster, but wasn’t something we couldn’t live without. The condo is right at the end of a culdesac on a quiet road with awesome river views, it was one of 4 units in the townhouse style building so there are units attached but I never heard any noise from neighbors. Most people on the street seemed like residents but I only saw one or two people the entire time we were here. It’s less than 10 minutes from any store you could need and was only about that distance from my brother (marines corps) and sister-in-laws house. We ate at the Kettle Diner, not even 5 minutes away and it was delicious. We had no issues getting in and felt completely safe and comfortable here. Will stay again as with a new baby in the family living close by, we will be visiting the Jacksonville/Camp Pendleton area as much as possible. It is close by to an airport and military base if you’re not visiting as a military family, so there are lots of planes and helicopters you see and hear but none disturbed the peace of this place.
