Cute place, close to the beach

This place was great! Close to the beach, clean and fit all 13 of us.

Twas OK

The set up was good if you have a that knit group that needs just a little space to spread out at times. The pictures and set up are accurate. The place does have tight sleeping arrangments, but we had lits of kids so it was good. We very much enjoyed the outdoor "bonus room" and dubbed it the teen room because that is where ours hung out. The few negatives i had were : the dishes upon arrival were dirty (as in used for eggs, ketchup, and toast probably that morning and put away without even rinsing). The "Roost" smells pretty musty and is very humid. The AC and dehumidifiers definitely need new filters. The tvs did not work in the Roost or the bonus room for dvds, tv, or the cable box thing. And lastly, i didnt realize the two bars were next door and therefore loud at night. But the walk to the beach is easy, the 4 shower areas were convenient, and the housed accommodates our huge, mixed age group very well.
