To begin with the positives: clean, close to the beach, close to shops and shops in Jaco Central. A bonus is taxis that are very inexpensive (1000-1200 colines).
And a few less positives:
My first room was #4 and it was so noisy between the washing machine next door AND being next to the kitchen/gathering area for the workers.
#2 was room 16 and the room was lovely BUT there was a compressor that came on every 15 minutes (I timed it) and lasted 2-3 minutes (timed that too). I would not recommend the following rooms due to noise conditions: 4, 5, 10-12, and 15-17. Otherwise as pictured and described on Trip Advisor.
