This one bedroom condo features a large living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The Veranda complex is located within walking distance to Los Sueños Resort’s marina, restaurants, amenities and comforts. The condo has a washer and dryer, and high speed internet and wifi. Brad’s place was perfect for our stay! Small but inviting and clean. Loved having a washer and dryer in our unit. A few suggestions would be to have an information packet at the unit. Include things such as how hot and cold water work (opposite of US), functionality of the tv’s (specifically the living room), checkout steps, where trash dumpsters are located, places to contact for transportation, information about smaller nearby pools, and general information about the property itself. The amenities were great and assigned parking spot is very nice. There was no hair dryer but kitchen was stocked with all necessary needs. Hope to return soon!!!

Host corrected cleanliness
I arrived to a dirty condo. Once I got ahold of Brad he had the place cleaned within 2 hours. Not the greatest way to arrive at the condo but Brad corrected the price for me to compensate me for the loss of time in the condo. Condo is located within walking distance to the pool so very convenient for that!

Fantastic Condo at Los Suenos Resort
The condo was fantastic! Very clean, perfectly decorated, and well appointed. WiFi was fast and reliable, the huge King bed is really comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals as needed. There is a Major grocery store called Auto Mercado just 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by Golf cart, from the main entrance to the Los Suenos resort. There is also an amazing specialty foods grocery store and deli 3 minutes from the condo at the resort called Jimmy T's. You HAVE to stop in there and check it out! Really good food and groceries.
You can easily walk to Marina Village boat docks, shopping and restaurants however I strongly suggest you rent a Golf Cart from Electric Carts Costa Rica for your stay as the resort is enormous and walking in the heat gets old fast LOL.
The rental also included a VIP pass to the Marriott Beach club which is only a few yards away from the condo entry gate. Enormous swimming pools with a swim up bar, and a restaurant that give you poolside table service. A really nice experience.
I booked a fishing charter as well through Hooked On Costa Rica and caught 3 huge Mahi Mahi, 2 big Tuna's and hooked 4 Sailfish. What a great experience! I recommend Brad's condo as a 1st choice to anyone or couple looking for the Perfect place to stay and enjoy a great experience.
